    Hi Naveen,

I guess thats a very good mileage. if it gives anything more than 40 then its a bonus.

and its foolishness to expect 50 from any Yamaha Bikes. Anyways Yamaha are not known for mileage.

First of all, congrats everybody for completing 100 pages !!!

i think any thing over 42 is bonus because I am getting 42-43 consistently....yes you are right dude and you cant expect everything. I know other bikes in this segment are giving better figures but trust me no other bike in this segment generates such a crazy low-end power which proves very helpful in traffic and in hilly areas also. It is totally vibe free, nimble and stable. If you dont believe me go and ride p135 or discover 125st. p135 is full of vibes and it feels like cycle or you can say very skinny just like splendour whereas discover is a poor handler because of its very poor tires and soft suspension. It can never give you that confidence and big bike feel but it can give you 50+ mileage consistently.

THANK YOU! Lemme be very honest, this bike never suited your requirement. You got it wrong while selecting the bike. If you ask me, almost all 150 cc cerb bike give very similar mileage of 45 to 48 kmpl, under all condition with an exception of GS150R which fetches best in class mileage.

If you want mileage then please dont go for a 150 CC bike. It will do no good to you.

Yeah and gs150r is a very big bike in comparison to other 150cc bikes but it feels very heavy in city traffic but it is the smoothest bike in 150cc segment....

                Hi Jamm,

i dont know how it may sound to you but then if you are looking for good mileage and decent looking bike then i would suggest you to go for honda shine 125cc. that will be good on mileage and its a good looking bike also but then you need to compromise on Power.

just checked Yamaha India sites..... SZR 2013 are launched with some minor cosmetic changes. Major ones are smoked front visor, new grab rails, new side panels and new meter design.

It was indeed an old news but there is also a welcome addition, Nisin front brakes, now thats surprising change, AFAIK R15 comes with Nisin brakes.
