    • Screw Driver Grip - Qty 1
    • Screw Driver ( + - ) - Qty 1
    • Spanner 12-14 - Qty 1

    I don't think it is enough for my requirement. Can you help me with the spanner size for plug and wheels?

      You can open the plug by using box spanner of size 16. No idea about wheels of your bike.

        Thanks Brezon95 for your reply, I have orders EastMan box spanner set from Amazon for RS 460.
        (6-7,8-9,10-11,12-13,14-15,16-17,18-19,20-22) I hope this is enough for my requirements.

          I dont think there is a need to get the whole set. Just 16 for spark plug and one socket wrench for drain plug would be enough. Drain plug for my passion pro is #17. You can check yours and buy that socket wrench. Just one box spanner and a socket wrench would be good. Better you can buy a ring spanner set. And a 8mm T spanner.

            But I need to open air filter cover and chain cover also. Let the toolkit come I will update the feedback.

              You can buy a good double ended screw driver to open air filter. Multitec 1650 is very good.

              • Engine Idel but on slight opening of throtell it dies

                Guys i need help for my yamaha sz bike covered 50k recently i open carburetor to clean it up and after cleaning i install but after install bike start & Idle OK but when i even slightly open the throttle engine gets shut
                Also Engine light blinking the code it gives is 15 when i go through the manual i found this is the code for TPS

                Dose this issue arises due to bad TPS or something else.

                I don't know what to do so guys i need help.

                    Hi Friends thank you so much for the suggestions. I have solved this problem by replacing the oil seal, it was two weeks before. Yesterday I have opened the oil cap just to check the engine oil level. There was air pressure when opening the cap, just like opening a soda bottle (Not that much powerful). I just want to to know is that normal.? And please help me with the below queries.

                    1-Whenever I release the throttle suddenly and higher RPM, a misfiring is coming and some times the the engine stalls.
                    2. There is a slight variation in engine RPM. If I set at 1000, it is fluctuating at 900-1100.

                    Additional info: Changed oil filter and oil before two weeks. Air filter changed before 2 months. Bike is getting a mileage of 42 KMPL in city driving at a speed range of 40-60 KMPH.

                        If you get pressured air escaping when you open the oil filler plug it is an indication that the engine breather hose is blocked...please look into it immediately since it can lead to other problems ..After correcting it, do let us know if other problems you reported still exist..

                          My bike has completed 16600 KM. Shall I go for a valve & tappet adjustment and a new timing chain?.
                          How to identify wrong valve & tappet settings as well as a bad timing chain?
                          Because I feel the engine sound is not too smooth. It's like a tup..tup.. sound something similar to KTM duke. (Note: There is no metallic noises like worn out piston ring).

The timing chain will not wear out so early as 16 K Kms. if it becomes loose, you will hear jingling sound which some describe as sewing machine like sound..it will be like a chain rattling...mostly it is the tensioner which will fail first...
                            Regarding the breather tube, start the engine and see if you get pumping air at the mouth of the pipe...

                              Ok, I will check the breather tube on Sunday. Hope this will not harm the engine.

                              RPM and Speedo meter needles are vibrating. I am sure that this is not a problem with meter console, Because I can feel it from engine sound and ride. That's why I suspect wrong valve/tappet settings.
                              Engine sounds like tup..tup..........tup..............tup..tup....... .......tup...

                                [MENTION=32286]psr[/MENTION] sir, Yesterday I got time to check the breather tube. It's functioning properly, and I have checked the oil cap once again. There is no air pressure now, confirmed the same again after riding 2-3 KMs.

                                Other observations.
                                Swing arm is making noise, need to apply grease.
                                Power lag on wheel while shifting gear, chain slack is fine. Need to check with rubber cush.

                                above things can be done as a DIY. At least I hope so.

                                Now, about valve & tappet adjustments.

                                Problems with DIY method.
                                1. I don't have the necessary tools.
                                2. No convenient place - I mean an operation theater for this major surgery. I don't have parking place inside the compound. Whenever I do something in our roadside parking area, people will gather around me.
                                So [MENTION=32286]psr[/MENTION] sir, I am staying at Velachery in Chennai. Can suggest me a good mechanic nearby here or somewhere in Ambattur area.
