I think there is problem with Air Induction System. If your bike is under warranty get it chrcked or replaced. That is major culprit for low mileage. Air is not getting mixed in optimum amount. Also check if there is any smoke coming out of exhaust. That can be because of worn out bore.

Rpm shoot up and unsteady idling points to lean afr or dirty carburetor jets. Get the carb cleaned and retune afr. Also check the spark plug you are using is exactly the same mentioned in the manual.

In city with I get 40+ kmpl easily and on highways if ripped hard, I get 30-32kmpl.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

How much speed does your bike attain at 4.5k RPMs? In top gear?

Before trying any of that just try changing your front sproket to a 15t one... Stock unicorn or pulsar 150 /180 ug3 will fit directly...

It will increase your speed in every gear slightly...

Avoid doing such mod, you will screw your bike. Any FZ runs out of steam post 90kph.

I want to know is there any aftermarket clutch and friction plate (better Quality) available for fzs, the stock doesn't last more than 10k kms for me.

AFAIK, the emission will go for a toss. No information about any other stuff in this matter.
