Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
I think there is problem with Air Induction System. If your bike is under warranty get it chrcked or replaced. That is major culprit for low mileage. Air is not getting mixed in optimum amount. Also check if there is any smoke coming out of exhaust. That can be because of worn out bore.Originally posted by snehith View Post

Re: Yamaha FZ-16/ FZ-S
Rpm shoot up and unsteady idling points to lean afr or dirty carburetor jets. Get the carb cleaned and retune afr. Also check the spark plug you are using is exactly the same mentioned in the manual.Originally posted by snehith View PostGuys, I'm stuck with the same problem.low fuel efficency!! I'm getting around 22kmpl. After riding the bike in traffic, the rpm increases from 1-1.5 rpm.the bike feels very rough while riding.the idling isn't steady and it heats up very easily. What may be the reason for this?I've tried to slightly lean out the afr but no use.im experiencing this after the previous service around 2000km back.ive got the spark plug changed during that service. Recently I've checked the spark plug.removed it and set it back perfectly.please help me guys!Off the BOTTLE & On the THROTTLE

Before trying any of that just try changing your front sproket to a 15t one... Stock unicorn or pulsar 150 /180 ug3 will fit directly...Originally posted by Prince_Haider View PostDear All xBHPians,
