I lubed it using gear oil but when i purchased it already had some white grease like coating which i didnt bother to remove.... my wheel is properly aligned.. How to check for sproket alignment? And also this is my first open chain bike...is it normal for chain sound on poth holes?

Gear oil on an open chain will attract more dust. If you care your ride get a chain spray and cleaner. That white coating is for preventing chain from rusting. It's not normal to chain make noise in pot holes, check chain slack it should have 1 inch slack at the tightest point.
For checking sprocket alignment put bike on main stand and look from rear side to make sure the chain is in a straight line between the sprockets. Use a straight steel rule as reference.

I think my chain is loose...will check &update ,having used motul chain spray...i found minute difference between spray & gear oil....The only thing is that u have to lube chain at around 500kms...when using gear oil

when i check the engine oil today its very low, what will be the reason for this?? is my fz burning oil?? if YES, please tell me the symptoms of it, like black or white smoke etc.

Check exhaust for oily soot deposits if it is wet then bike consuming oil. White smoke when bike reved hard on neutral indicates piston rings are gone. Smokes only on first start in morning then valve seals gone. Black smokes indicates rich mixture, retune carb/replace air filter. And make sure there is no oil leaks causing low oil level

                        Approved and merged!

Yes, you can replace the components but there won't be any noticeable difference apart from the replacement intervals. Our engines are too small with tiny power figures to see any difference.

did riding at higher speed or RPM for long time, like we do in trips on highway, can this cause reduction in level of engine oil in bike?
and also is flushing necessary while changing engine oil?

Check Engine Oil Level by opening dipstick. If the Hatched portion is not wet by Engine Oil, then Engine Oil level is decreased.
Flushing is not recommended by Yamaha.
Please do a break for at least 20mins after cruising 80-90kmph for 1hour to get the engine as well as coolant to cool down.
