    sir just called the svc they said my forth service will get void and I have to use my 5 coupon to service....he said warranty would remain unaffected. .. ....

          Kartik, the connection of carb to oil mixture must be loose. Get it tightened and check for clutch plate. At svc they call this as missing.

            Carb & oil mixture? Can u tighten it at home? & for clutch plates they still have 50% left in them gt it checked last week..

              Yes you can.... You will have to disassemble the carb unit and put it in place. But I'll suggest to go to svc as they can do it in 15-20 mins. Gd luck

                to clean the chain what should be used other than motul chain cleaner?

                and what are the precaution should be taken before giving the bike to washing (pressure washing as in SVC)?

                  Cleaning Chain : Petrol / Diesel works the best & then lubricating with ep 90 gear oil.
                  For the jet wash i think they are pretty carefull with it but u can make sure that they dont blow water over electricals..

                    my bike has completed 35k Kms in three years, engine is untouched till now. I hear loud rattling noise from engine, specially at deceleration n closing throttle.
                    Is it time to change the cam chain?

                        hello guys,

                        a very small amount of oil is in the right fork, but not on the left fork? is that oil leakage or this is generally happen?

                        can you guys please explain me the Tappets , Timing Chain and CAM Chain?

                        and how to identify faulty Tappets, Timing Chain and CAM Chain in our lovely FZ?

                          Cam chain is not a low life part. It lasts long, really long. Mine is 93k km old and still factory stock.

                            Go to YouTube or similar video hosting sites with those names (CAM Timing Chain, Tappets, Valve Clearance) you'll get plenty videos with plenty of info than anybody could explain here in plain text.

                                LCD always on

                                hey my speedometer LCD light is always on? day or night no matter always on, as soon as i turn ignition to ON
                                is this normal?

                                speedometer is changed at 17000KM, current odo 24712KM, my fz is 2009 model?
