      So you changed the air-filter?

A blocked air-filter can cause extreme performance decrease and have adverse effects on the engine. Best is to replace every 12k kms and it doesn't cost much.

      Ride safe and have fun.

I would have replied to the problem if I knew exactly what might me causing this.

Also, please read that last 200-250 pages. There is a sea of knowledge available. This fork oil thing has been discussed to death many times. Same for many of your problem.
p.s. I had read the whole thread before posting any problem.

Here is the link to service manual https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B1...nU5enVFQmJzakk
Do exactly as mentioned in it. If it's mentioned 495ml, then keep it 495ml.

All the dust particles will enter into the combustion chamber along with the unfiltered air if you run the bike without the air filter...

Increase in noise for sometime along with slight power increase (read un noticeable) and then a major increase in Miantenance bills.

                        • Changing brake pads of Yamaha Fz

Hi All. A few days ago I changed the front disc pads of my Yamaha Fz. However after fitting back the caliper on the rotor it was extremely difficult to move the bike as the front tire rotor was stuck between the two pads. I was however able to start the bike and take it forward but after riding for a while noticed that the rotor and caliper became extremely hot. While fitting the new pads I had pushed back the caliper pistons back. I had even bleeded the brake fluid. Immediately after fitting the caliper the front tire moved freely but after pressing the brake lever a few times the rotor got jammed between the pads. I guess the pistons are not moving freely. However after fitting back the old slightly worn out brake pads everything was wotking properly. Please shed some light on what is to be done. I had cleaned the caliper and pistons with a brush before adding the new pads.

But I want to know any other rider faced the problem which I faced after 2 days of receiving after travelling for around 16kms I parked the bike for nearly 25min and again started the self but nothing happens and I tried for many times but same thing happens I lost my mind and cursed me for choosing this without a kick. I did a call to the SVC and they told me to check whether spark plug is fine and some other things I did exactly whatever they told me to do but unexpectedly bike starts and I directly rushed to the service center and found they are having their lunch break and waited there for 3hours and after a long inspection they found battery is dead and replaced it from another bike as they are out of stock and promised to replace it if anything happens to that also

Battery dead in new bike ? Replacing battery is just a solution, issue is what caused the drain . One more thing , if battery was dead how did even you crank start the bike ? Your problem closely resembles to valve sticking issue , which resolves itself as you clock more on odo.
