If you get hands on Shell oil AX7, try that. I find Shell better than Motul & Yamalube.

Shell is not available in NCR. Any other options you will suggest. Moreover what about motul 300v some people on YouTube praising it. Will it have any adverse effect in the long run.

Are u referring to sr motoworld channel, he used motul 10w 50, don't use that only use 10w 40

I will stick to recommended oil grades only no deviation. Bike feels more relaxed with motul 7100 10w40. Even motul 300v is also there in 10w40 so was just wondering if it will assist the cause any further.

Post 1st service bike ran pretty smooth for short journeys though in longer ones it feels a pretty harsh. No vibes though. So trying to ditch Yamaha lube.

Motul 300V is overkill i feel. Costs a bomb and doesn't justify using it in 150cc bike.

Motul 7100, Shell AX7, BPCL NXT, Veedol (dont remember the name) are good. Have tried them personally.

Yamaha FZ 16 high beam issue

Am owning yamaha fz16 version2, evng time wen i turned on headlight., Low beam high beam, pass light all are working. But after few mins my high beam stops working. If I turned off headlights and turned that back after half and hour or so, avan high beam starts working... Please help me to find the problem and solve this

Check the electrical system.

Will this fit yamaha? And make the same sound?

No point in going for any of the imported exhausts as they cost a bomb and even afterwards your bike sounds like a tractor being a single cylinder.

Intake and exhaust valve clearance

Hi all!,

Can I ask for your suggestions, what do you think is the best intake and exhaust valve clearance engine for my motorcycle. My motorcycle is Yamaha FZ16 PG4.

Hey guys

.. I bought an FZS-FI DD variant a couple of months ago .. I ride my bike very less often .. haven't completed 1000 kms yet .. I am having an issue from the very beginning .. though not a big issue but still thought of asking the experts .. my bike vibrates at 4k rpm .. this happens on all the gears .. the vibes are felt on the handle bar .. and as soon as the bike crosses 4k rpm .. the vibes are gone and cannot be felt further .. these vibes are very noticeable .. but they don't happen if the bike is stand still .. only while moving .. at first i thought that since the bike is new .. these issues will be ironed out during run in .. i followed the run in period very religiously .. still following it .. but the 4k vibes are still intact .. does anyone have a clue why this happens .. thanks in advance guys
