There won't be need for decarbonization as 25k is way too less.
It depends on riding style and engine tuning. if bike was running at higher rpms then carbon built up is less and if the tuning was set to little rich then it's possible to have carbon built up at 25k.
Vacuum leak means excess air entering to the inlet manifold due to small leaks on air inlet pipe or the connections with carburetor which makes the afr lean. But seeing your spark plug chances are less for a vacuum leak. Adjust the idling rpm first and then see

what you think about this Jith_in Sir
=> engine also goes off when i try to pick up the bike in 1st gear, without jerk, that means engines goes off without clutch slipping, started happening 2 to 3 days ago. its very annoying in traffic. please help.

trying of starting bike in traffic.

UPDATE:- is my carburetor clogged up?

The speedometer on my fz is suddenly not working, when i plug in the key some incomplete numbers show up, and then everything goes blank. The engine oil indicator is working but the rpm indicator, neuter indicator etc are not working. The pass switch is also not working. How much is it to replace the hud? Can it be repaired, will the svc guys do it? Thnx in advance.

Seems like Fuse has gone kaput. Replace it.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

                    Looks like float-bowl fuel-drain-screw.

                    Clockwise rotation only tightens it.

Nothing will happen if you turn it clockwise,In fact it will not turn cause it is fully tight, but you can break it if you use more force. And if you turn it anti clockwise petrol will flow out through the pipe attached to it.

Yes, that is a misfire. If it is in a sequence of 3-4 phat phut sounds in <10 sec or so, it is a case of lean mixture.
Also, it would be wise to get the compression checked to see if there's any leakage.
                          Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Thinking to install a new boom boom sound exhaust in my fz.
                            Budget approx 10k.
I am leaning towards TBR (Two Brothers Racing) Performance Racing Store. Two Brothers Racing Exhausts - Fz16 Full System Handcan,
Akrapovic & leo vince corsa are too costly.
Not going to try local exhausts.
Do they really harm the engine?
                            Suggest please.

Well, I don't mean to discourage you; but your money will go down the drain with this.
                              Why?
It's just a slip on, or an end can so to say! It's not even a full system.
Similar to just an air filter mod, just an exhaust mod won't do any good.

To gain any performance figures (forget about the money involved for getting may be 2 hp at max - 10-15%); one has to carry out engine mods + air filter mods + exhaust mods.

No, i m not a performance freak, just love the sound from the exhaust, have seen a video

I want to install it for the sound only, nothing else extra power upgrade and whatsoever, just asking if anything harmful on the engine or not, that it...
                                Thanks a lot in advance.
