        Recommended may be 2 to 3 cms, i.e. 0.7875 to 1.181 inches.
1 inch can be best bet, besides O-Ring chain relaxes after a few kms of riding.

What happened to your existing one? I've heard that these things need replacement after 90k on odo.

Just besides the lever. Small metallic thing.
It's not damaged. On most bikes, the switch is extremely sensitive.

Front brake lever. The one that u press to apply front brake. Remove the lever and you will notice a small metalic switch near the screw. My suggestion don't touch it, even my front brake lights up the light even on the slightest touch.. Its normal.

Check the marked part in the pic.

Just as kartik said, it's normal on every bike.
And i have seen you being paranoid about every little thing. You won't be able to enjoy the bike this way. Bikes will never be perfect.

can you guys please tell me the
1 => RPM to Gear ratio
2 => Speed to Gear ratio.

just needs your thoughts when you up-shift and down-shift on fz?

when i put the FZ in 2nd gear, and then i rev the FZ about 4.5k to 5k RPM, and then let off the accelerator (means leaves of the accelerator) then some kind of "pat"-"pat" sound is coming from exhaust, i don't what its called Misfire or Backfire OR its just normal FZ exhaust note OR i m running on slightly lean mixture.

Please advice you fellow FZ riders.

High chances of you running lean... Check ur spark plug... If it's tip is whitish, then u are running lean...
