It looks like grease. They apply during general service too.
If still in doubt check with SVC. Oil can't leak from these places.

Hi guys, I was intending on buying an used FZ 2010 model for about Rs 27500.I wanted to know how much it would cost me to do a full service. Can anyone tell me what all should be done? The handle is a bit stiff, the previous owner mentioned that he dropped it once. How much would it cost me to change the handle? There is also a little less throttle response, I have to twist the throttle a bit hard to get a response. It seems quite stiff. There is also a drop in mileage around 35kmpl.He said it may be due to the custom airfilter. Should I clean it or replace it with stock? I wish to restore it to a good condition. Thanks in adavnce. 😊

Actually I used cello tapes to join that filter on the base to stick to there. I am just asking for any engine issues long term reports.

It depends where you are from?
Ask any yamaha owners for a very good authorised service centers availability nearby of your residence. Service guys will tell you each problem and ask you to replace (obviously, they don't repair) that parts which are damaged.
If your throttle response is not crispy and jerky, you may have a damaged spark plug, replace with the original fz s spark plug, i.e. NGK (model I forgot), 115-120 /-.
Air filter have to be changed, 150-200 /-.
Handle bar is approx 200-250 /-.
Handle grip approx 40-50 /-, Bar end clips 10-15 /-.
          Check also clutchplates, 700-800/-
          Chain sprockets, 1500-1600/-
Also check battery, if gone, try amaron dry cell, they will pay you 100 /- if you give them the old battery.
          Regards

Please see the video. There is a sudden up & down wobble at one point. Which leads to vibration in the whole chain. My chain is a rolon make with lock.

This is common in all chains there will be some tight links and some loose links. Tension in the chain need not to be uniform throughout the chain. The thing is adjust chain slack at the tightest point and lube well. This will reduce the problem

But my chain is only 400kms old & making severe chain noise upon hitting potholes. The slack is at 4cm. Its hitting the swingarm at even on small potholes.

Adjust it to 1 inch (2.5cm) at the tightest point and check

                              4 cm = 1.575 inch

                              Recommended may be 2 to 3 cms, i.e. 0.7875 to 1.181 inches.
1 inch can be best bet, besides O-Ring chain relaxes after a few kms of riding.
