        In short, yes! Engine life would reduce by some margin. But your approach is at least better than most, who plonk universal dabba exhausts on their bikes. You're at least looking at the ones specifically designed for FZ-S.

          TBRs will not harm your engine in any way, you will have to get it retuned slightly to account for the increased flow, PRS should be able to do so.
          Even I am also thinking of getting the same for my 6 year old one. Let me know if you do go ahead with the mod.

            Yes the vaccum leak must be the problem as suggested by jith_in. Most vulnerable point of leak is junction of carb to afr mixture.

                                That's the plan. Digits started disappears. Tacho starts at 4k only. Odo 4th digit gone. Speedo both digit half gone. Also SA said it wont reset to 00000 after 99999. So plan is to change after 99999, hopefully in 3-4 months. Also checking feasibility of fitting a v2 meter, been in search for a salvaged v2 meter for some time. No luck yet.
