Hi,Originally posted by neermsc View Post.........looks amazing dude!!!!!!!where did u finally get them from and that "yamaha" sticker?????
Thanks buddy. I got them fixed at my local number plate painting shop. Guess what? The rim strips on both tires just cost me 150/-

The Yamaha sticker was also printed one from the same shop. He had a Yamaha logo also which I'll get on my next visit...

Man..go for a Mushroom puncture repair method.Originally posted by Braveheart View PostHi I have a problem with my rear tyre...
it has got punctured from 6-7 diff places and few of them after good working have started to leak air very slowly.
i did what is mentioned as stem puncure repair.
now the only thing i can do is fill air weekly.
if i can seal these it should defenitely be better, can anyone tell me where i can get it checked in mumbai coz nobody in nasik can fix it.
It works 100% , even i faced the same prob as u are facing.
It can be done at any MRF service stationSAVE TIME....SEE IT MY WAY

if that's true are they replaced under warranty?if not shouldnt we all complain to YAMAHA?Smoke rubber, not tobacco.

I have heard the same too , but can it be repaired rather than replaced is my question .... although replacing is the better option , if it doesn't come under warranty ( as they can very easily say the bend is due to negligent riding and not manufacturing defect ) we might need another option than replacement ... but i think the bend doesn't occur unless it goes through a steep ditch at a relatively high speed ... coz I have put my bike through some of the worst roads ( actually no tarmac ) at speeds of 60+ and haven't noticed any problem as such yet ... *touchwood*Originally posted by RanjithMN View Postsry dont know abt that, but talking abt the alloys...ive heard FZs rims are prone to easy bents?
