    I myself have seen more than 6 FZ's of whome the Speedo meter has been changed. Broken after flipping the bike while pulling a stoppie.
    Tat takes the fun away from stunting really...
    No doubt the bike looks great, the best available in the market right now from the rear and side quarters..
    But then yes, would definitely call it a poser machine with great attitude..
    on a never ending journey... a journey of learning!!

      Fz-16 destroyed

      My fz16 accident.the bike is almost destroyed..
      shock up gone,meter,head lights,indicators,side pannels,tank panels,handle bar, chassis bend,mobile guage,break rod,front rim bend,alsmost everyhing of bike is destroyed..
      it happened on Tuesday on 12:20 pm.a man crosses imediately infront of me when i was in a speed of 45kmph on NH-6...THE clash was so severe that i clashed with more 3 bike coming from the front side..we all got injured..
      i will post the pics of my bike soon..
      but a security module is not allowing to post

        its not just a Stunt Machine,
        its the Best Bike Ever made for City Riding,

          +1 for that... i own an FZ... i won't say FZ16 is definitely an xtreme machine to be with... but definitely it is the best for city riding... ya i won't say the bike has a vey good top end(even thought many says they r getting 120km/hr... don't know mine is 108 max)... definitely u must honour its handling and stability... 60-75 will say its really good...

            bro I clocked 124kmph Speedo yesterday i na drag Race,
            Bke is a good performer, Great Head Turner...
            it has everything which no oter bike has.....
            we bought this Bike B'coz we had money to burn,
            we don' t want another PUlser or ZMA,

                ohh man Get well soon....
                but i am wondering all this damage @ 45 kmph,
                my friend has crashed @ 100 kmph and his Tank and Headlamp was broken and Handlebar was bent from Left side,

                          Totally agree with Anjit & Binoy, it's no POSER BIKE. Misconceptions will have to be removed, regarding the bike. It's an AMAZING BIKE, with good performance, looks, great handling, excellent cornering, not to forget the refinement. It's good for people who use it as a city bike, & for weekends have another bike parked in the garage. PEACE to ALL. Chickyheart hope you are alright.

                            Can anyone confirm why has yamaha provide a 2 inch hole type in the rear break drum ! why is it for !
                            "Engine tuning is not an exact science, but with some practice and patience you'll get comfortable with your skill and be able tune for any conditions mother nature throws at you"
