yes I did a couple of months ago .. the engineer rode the bike and gave some techincal explanation from where the noise was coming from .. he said we can open the engine to resolve the noise but suggested not to tinker with engine .. if any issue comes up in future you have 5 year warranty .. we'll resolve your issue

but imo this is how the engine has been made and cannot be resolved after changing the parts which are making this noise .. as the new parts will also be the same and will start making noise after some time .. as it has been seen that most of the owners are complaining about the noise

Yes many owners are facing this noise issue i have communicated with owners on YOU TUBE who are facing this irritating issue.
I raised a complaint at the yama india website the concerned person has called & asked me to take appointment of the service engineer who visits the service center on weekly basis. Waiting for the kal from the service center to show the issue to engineer lets see what this guy soo called service engineer will do.

their customer care is actually useless.. they have only 2 solutions for every customer 1. go to svc 2. show to engineer..

                Thanks for the video[emoji1303].
There is a guy in you tube who is a good mechanic he is a youtuber tooo shares every thing about the engines, repairs, bikes what not all the things about the 2wheelers.
I made some whats up calls with him regarding this noise issue from the FZ-S VERSION 2. He concluded that its a manufacturing defect & we have to live with it as there is no solution for reducing the noise he also adviced me to ignore the noises as it doesnt effect the engine in any way. So better to stop bothering about the issue which will wont solve forever[emoji50]

                    He is from south india.
His youtube channel name is HARI MECH.

Yamaha india is a zero when it comes to the Research & Development i dont know what the hell is the Quality Control department doing.

I will use this vehicle ignoring the noise & in the feature i wont buy any of the yamaha brand vehicle[emoji35] & i wont recommend others to buy this shitty ones which are developed without proper R&D.

Yamaha engineer won't have any answer regarding the sound, they will either say issue is related to valve adjustment. Its mostly manufacturing defect, live with it else you will end up paying for changing parts without eliminating issue.

yeah you are right.. so called Japanese brand yamaha is not the same in India.. as we all know the condition of consumer laws in India.. every company knows the right of customers.. they would be better off paying a couple lakhs to customers in lost cases whose judgement will take years.. rather than investing huge money in r & d.. we made a mistake trusting yamaha.. but we won't make that mistake again in future

I have shown them twice, first was after 2nd free service when my motorcycle had run 3000kms and after 4th service. Still they (SVC & Yamaha Engineer) have no clue regarding issue. Will either say you need to change this and that. [emoji849]

I will talk with 'em on my final free service and let's see what they have to say about the issue, this time.

How many kms on the odo?
                                Which model is it?
Does the noise increases if you rip your bike?
