yes, we definitely would try it , but i have one more thing to add here , the 1st point said , draw the bike to full in each gear , so that means push it till you need to change gear , so the revs will prob go higher than the 4-4.5k RPM , coz mine to shift from 3rd to 4th if drawn full , the RPM touches 5.5k RPM. Also , short shifting does help in fuel conservation as well , yes , that would drop the pickup , but if mileage is of importance then that could be done as well ...
People ask me , why are you cribbing about the BHP ? to them I say "MORE is never ENOUGH" xbhp.com

Well in my case power was not reduced. The pull of the bike was also same as before.

I initially thought the flashes were from someone taking snaps of the thing but then I realized its coming from the auxiliary lamp.

            Can someone explain this..

                        • FZ 16 rear disk brake installation

                          Hi,

Could anyone suggest a good place to get a rear disk brake installed on the FZ 16? it would be good if the workshop/mech is nearby/in hyderabad.

                          Appreciate your help.

                          Many Thanks.

Even I want to understand is it possible to get rear disc brakes on FZ16.Also if it is, what could be the cost.

Has anyone used K&N filters on FZ ... any improvement?

I have seen pics of FZ's with rear disc brakes ... but dunno where it's done ,

about K&N , haven't tried , but from what i've read here on the forum , it's not of much help , unless you plan on up-jettin the carb and get a free-flow exhaust , and after all this too , the output is not worth the work .
