    Moist your bike with water,
Apply shampoo on the parts with water,
Then wash away the shampoo with
    Water..
Dry the bike with a clean cotton cloth..
Use any polish for bike.. apply it and then buff it with a. Clean cloth...

Oh yess, totally agree with you and i do the same as well (once a month) -

    (Wash-Shampoo-Wash & Clean Dry-Polish)

The only difference is that i use the Motomax Spray Polish as i feel its easier to spray and then buff it off. It costs 75 Rs and i feel 1 bottle is adequate if used properly. Also to add that the polish does tend to stay on for quite a while

Any specific reason for asking just for R15's ?
if you want an aftermarket exhaust for performance gain, try other options. Many companies make exhausts for our bike.

i don't know if it would be fit or not, but there is nothing that a good mechanic can't do.

My bike has done 66+k on the odo.Is it adviceable to do engine decarbonization?
I will do it if it necessary for better engine life.

I don't know much about it, but it has been discussed in the past on this thread. Try to search for that.
and let other members who know about it, post their reply.

I searched for such thing but couldnt find any here in Nepal.
So i am thinking of taking the engine head off and scrapping carbon deposit manually but the problem is service center doesnot even own a torque wrench.

                      Good luck with that mate.
SVC and torque wrench share an everlasting relationship of sort, if you know what I mean.

My console display light is on all the time even when i am not using headlight.
I asked service center guy but he said it is normal (factory setting) on early models fz16.Mine is 2009 model.
Is it really normal or mine is having problem.

Sine you stay in Nepal, the RTO norms might be different from us. The best is to check other bikes that have been manufactured in same year. If you dont find any answer, shoot a mail to Yamaha and seek clarification.

                            Cheerz!!
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

Headlight can be replaced, Head cannot be. Wear a helmet.

Older models had the console backlight on regardless whether one has kept the parking lights on or not. Same was the case with the R15 P series V1.0 bikes. Need not worry. Other way round it is a very good feature like the DRL lights for Ninja 250/300R in India.

                              Cheers,
