

Within 15 mins he acknowledged my problem within 5 mins of complaint registration and he has instructed me when ever I get to the service station again I just have to call him up and my job would be done!!! Amazing....I mean they truly mean customer satisfaction. Not like the stupid dealer!!!
He told me that if the Logo blinks then the bike has to have 2 ltrs min and would go on reserve after 10 or 15 kms and if it has logo plus bar blinking it has at least 3 ltrs and would be on mains!! And what response I got from dealer is something they would have to watch out now because I mentioned their response in my compliant.....Thanks guys and way to go Yamaha on service front.
