ok so spoke to the mechanic today.He accepted that battery is not the primary prblm.It is discharged though due to some electrical fault.Probably the attenuator.Now the bike finally started after 2 days also with no problems with the acceleration but there is now a new prblm of misfring which was not there before this.seriously i dont want to second guess my decision of buyin this bike.I love it but having to defend it against this kind of failure after jus a month is depressing.
have kept it at the workshop for another day.lets see if condition improves after today.please guys reply if you have any means of soling this prblm....

^^ Did the starter not work properly? If it works, then battery is fine.
Take fresh pertol in one of the mileage measuring can and ride the bike thru that pertol and see. I guess, the problem will be solved. Else, tune the carb.Your biking tells a lot about the person you are!Comment

at times i gave a second thought about buying this bike...coz none of these problems ever surfaced in my frnds bike.....
but actually never got the time to argue with the SVC manager coz of tight office schedule.....
will be going for to the SVC soon......
gonna take up the issue with manager this time......

I dont see any Fazer Ownership thread, so...
Hey can anyone plz tel me if its true that both the Headlamps of Fazer cannot be turned on at the same time... Means, is it true that only one will be on for high beam and the other will be on only for low beam ???
