I don't think he meant handle bar, he was referring to the handle bar T stem.

My bike hit a milestine today
              77777..yes 77k+ 777 kms.
Engine is still stock.Only thing replaced is air induction system and other consumeables.
Not that smooth but still runs well.
Lathe work has been done with the clutch hub to fix freeplay and was decarbonated and valve lapping was done at around 60k kms.
Checked mileage with very sane driving and it suprised me with 42 kmpl.with my style of riding i get 30-32.

Im not talking about plates brother...I m talking about clutch basket where whole chutch assembly fits.
It had developed freeplay and dhak dhak sound was coming from engine.Mechanic said it can be fixed on lathe by revating.
Lathe work cost me 300 nepalese rupees about 190 indian rupees.

Low pickup may be because of wornout plates but there may be other reasons too.
Check spark plug, air filter, carburator, engine oil, tappet setting and if the bike has clocked more than 50 k kms engine decarbonization and valve polishing helps a lot.
                          Thank you.

I've checked spark plug, adjusted the gaps... Did a full service.. Air /oil filter change... Oil change mineral.. Clutch cable change... Think the plates are my problem... Will change it after 2k kms since d oil is new...
