Sorry Dude.. No idea. Have not got much time to experiment this... !

Today my bike had a fall due to heavy rain when it was parked with side stand. Only half of the bike was visible when i reached home, Rest UNDER WATER... Poor mom could not lift it up.. It was there for more than 5 hours... Took the bike.. Washed it up and pressed the start.. Engine roared without any issues..

even am searching for it..removing the tail lamp unit is a bit tedious work..didnt get time to do that...

that is an issue with unicorn and even the cbr250, the side stand is poorly designed...

                • no need to remove the tail lamp jus see if the reflector is resting on the mudguard directly or theres a gap in between the two

the tail lamp has slightly come out and is resting against the mudguard..there is some gap between the tail lamp and the tail piece(where honda is written).
If u keep something between the bottom red reflector and the mudguard the tail lamp becomes tight fit and the gap reduces...

                      • got my brake pads and brake fluid changed today, brake pads original just costed me 320 bucks, nd brake fluid i wanted tvs he had only dot3 so went for bosh dot4 because he didnt have stock for tvs, dat 250ml costed rs80 nd labour rs50. My old brake pads wear was very odd because one side was completely worn out nd the other was only half worn out, any particular reason for this uneven wear? P.S the pads were holding the disc slightly when i rode before could this be the prob?

                        • Dear wing riders can you plz tell me what speed do u get at certain rpm? such as i get 40km/h @3000rpm, 80km/h @6000rpm & around 100km/h @8000rpm....

since many people are getting nearly 110km/h at 8000rpm... thats why i'm confused....whether my clutch plate is ok or not??

it has to be firmly fixed, so something has gone loose. removing the tail lamp might give a better idea but its a very tedious process.

if brake pads were touching the discs while riding then obviuosly that side would be worn out more than the other, right

for 5th gear at 50kmph rpm is 4k, at 60kmph rpm is 4.8k, at 70kmph rpm is 5.5k.
at 110kmph it was around 8.5k..

i got the tail light assembly clamp changed recently nd after fixing it also it was drooping down, btw my mech put a chetak seat rubber under the reflector now it is fine, about 80% unicorns i see have the tail light drooping, maybe there was some rubber under it that fell off.
