^^ wow man... and here i was thinking about the new 650N, 4.96 on road gurgaon. I spoke to mohan i believe at the dealership. But this attitude and lack of spares and service is simply too much...
I think ill hold off for the 2012 ninja 650 or something else in the 5-6L segment.

Bad service! I thought only us CBR owners faced such issues! The ASC guys damage our bikes instead of repairing them...lol!
thought atleast big bike owners recieved better service.

So the mail once more has kicked the things in action
, whatever the quality of dealership is, one thing is very clear that Garware is trying hard to impress the customers.
Sent the mail midnight and got a reply back from Mr Rastogi early morning that he on leave but he would get someone to help me out.
Got a call from Mr. Sandhu from Radiant 20 mins back and he asked me about the mail to which i clearly replied, please see and check the number of complaints you people are getting. Told him to and ask Ninja 650R owners on how many times they talked to registration people, the mechanic not coming and all that.
He has said that from next time dont call the mechanic, call me directly as the mechanic never told him about it and they skipped it. Also said that with these superbikes spare parts take 2 weeks to arrive for parts not in stock.
He said we have so many colors so i cant keep all fairings in stock, for every superbike spare parts take time and you cant expect your bike back wthin a week - in relation to vikyk's bike.
Just told him to improve the service standards and thats it - only that much would be enough.
The mail to Garware official works, so if anyone has any issues let them know and they would forcibly send the svc guys to sort out issues.

, just hold off for now. One more svc is opening in Delhi, let me see how it is but till then hold your horses, dont jump in.

With a N650R or GT650R a wait of 10-14 days is okay for accidental repairs, even N250R when damaged takes some time to get repaired, heck my Pulsar 220 took 9 days to come home so thats acceptable. But anything over it, bad.

after reding hemant's post i am now confident on my thinking that never trust on any new company 1st let them settel in that country then give it a try after 2-3 years.

I got a call in afternoon from Mr Sandhu. He was quite angry over mail and saying moreover that i was the one who asked to get the bike surveyed at my home. I asked first thing i didnt say this and if i said this,why would i like to do that? What would i get out of it?
SO after a call of 15 mins with lot of hot talks, i got only answer that he will call me when parts will arrive, and same thing that superbike parts take 2 weeks to arrive. If so than why my bike is standing like piece of junk from past 5 weeks and why they don't have any final delivery date for my bike yet? It simply means i have to wait for another one week or two , until fairing comes, means 2 whole months.
Another thing he said is that he is not responsible for how insurance company deals? IF so, than why hyosung has any official tie up with TATA AIG, if we have to do everything ourselves. I have dealt enough number of times with car insurance people and when car companies have any official tie ups with them, they manage everything from start to end, not the customer.

It was not rectified, he made it rectify by warnings to them. , and strangely someone removed my previous and precious comments from here without any warning to other biased parties. 
Well i got call from Mr. Amit from Pune, and he told me that he will manage everything regarding my bike service and delivery till end. So i am not going to call anymore to gurgaon people any day now
. Although he gave me same excuse that bike parts delivery take 2 weeks as usual and i repeated same lines, i am already waiting from last 3 weeks after insurance survey. He also accepted the mistake and apologized for the time taken by them in insurance claim processing.
He told me that PARTS will be available to gurgaon workshop by coming Thursday/ Friday. After that survey will be done again and than i will be able to have a look at my bike probably. So as i think, i will not be able to see face of my bike until next to next week, those will complete 2 months from the time i haven't touched my bike.

I hope you will get your bike soon, I can't even imaging your misery, buying a big bike and then not able to enjoy it because of third grade post sales service.
