MRP (max retail price) is always inclusive of VAT so there is no question of adding Vat again.The difference may be additional service charges etc.Please get it clarified with them.

Bachoomotors carried some clutch plates and some other parts for Hyosung 250s. You should email them and check as well if you aren't keen on ordering online or need them asap

Bro,

Check with the Servcie ppl... U dont need to pay for the Oil Filter during first service, its free. Only Oil charge + tax.

Thanks, yes am awaiting the bill and if they charge VAT again then i will complain, if its service tax we cant do anything.

- just called Mr Amit, Garware pune and he said there is no such thing in their knowledge and also stated that as per manual the consumables are to be charged, only labour free. Told me to tell others to make sure oil filter was changed as there is no reason why they would change it for free until its for goodwill.

How many got the oil filter for free ?

^^Service tax can charged be charged only on Labour/Service, so there is no chance of service tax as Service charges itself are nil for this service.

In the meanwhile i gave a call to Delhi superbikes - Lajpat Nagar dealer and asked him when their workshop would open as am am not happy with the service of Gurgaon people and want them to help me out with everything in future.

What a helpful chap, he took all my details, called his senior and called back in 5 mins and told me to either get my bike to Lajpat nagar on Fri when their mechanic is back from training or else they will send the mechanic to my home and he will inspect everything and replace/repair whatever is required.

All this from them even when they got nothing from me as i already bought a bike from different dealer, the appoach to service was excellent, lets see how good is the service itself.

Thanks Bandhav, i didnt know that. This comes to the conclusion that they can charge no VAT/Sales tax so the amount cant exceed Rs 3200, trying to reach them but as usual not responding.

I have got it for free.... the Mechanic himself told its free and had to pay the Oil charges

Strange, no such thing here. You guys are lucky when it comes to service it seems.

Checked the bill

It states - 3 Litre eng oil - 2400
Oil filter - 750 (while the MRP on box said 662)

= 2400

12.5% on 2400 = 395
5 % surcharge = 20

Total 3563.

was the additional for doorstep service?or self tips?

The bill should have ended right at 3154 so they have taken around 550 extra

, dont know if its self tip or what and no they cant charge for doorstep service. Either they are highly mistaken or the business ethics are missing, wonder how all earlier customer missed such a huge error.

Its not about 550 but about the ethics, have taken this forward with the head honchos of the dealer, if i dont get a respond, Garware would be sent a mail, i love typing

anyways Im sure you must be enjoying your bike to the full.ride on .cheers.hope the dealership comes to my town.Its my dream bike too.....

The issue with Hyosung is its service ... thr bikes r damn good.. This might gt solved in near future hopefully
