      Ok good.

Now while you check for financing -

      1) Always go for scheduled bank as the interest rate is very less. Be it Honda or Yamaha provided finance says that their interest rate is 13% is utter bullshit. Come home and then calculate the interest rate based on the EMI, Downpayment and overall loan amount and you would be surprised to see it around 25 to 30%. Would advice you Bank of India since SBI rates are 18% flat for two wheeler. The BOI Sion branch would definitely help you out as it is one of the oldest branch there.

      2) Since the loan would be from BOI (If incase) there a minimum value like 5% is required as downpayment, the interest rate would be 12.25(recheck in your branch). It is not like other banks where you would require 20 or 30% downpayment for the loan.

      3) You can finish the loan the next day you take it if you win a lottery of get cash from a legal source.

      4) The term of loan you decide along with installment date as per your convenience.

This is one side of your scenario.

There is a way of sitting on the bike, ensure you sis knows it well. She can obviously grip your shoulders by her hands...

While sitting on the seat the left leg should be put on the rear left pillion foot rest and then upwards and then swung the other leg over... Do not try to sit on the pillion directly swinging over your right leg first when the left leg is on the ground, it might bring a severe catch to her back.

She can grip the tank when riding, if she is not okay with it then she can always do the other procedure which is -
You can wear her's or an empty sack when dropping her to college as she can hold on to the hook or shoulder straps of the sack just because our bikes do not come with grab rails. I had a friend's Ninja for a week or so, me and my friend had been for a small outskirt ride, she was holding the sack straps as it also doesn't have any grab rails to hold on.

Please think about it again as there is a way out.

Thanks for the info bro. Will try and figure out. About the sitting technique i will try both of them & ask her. If things work out. I will better buy a second had dio for her to learn. As it is i m not having a fixed source of income so by them hopefully i might have some finance option available.

Sounds good to me, incase you face any difficulty with her sitting style just tell it to us here so that we can figure out the solution. Yes, our bikes are different than others, but just see it this way that even other supersports are same. If you see a R1 from 09,10,11,12 all have high sitting posture and height, even R6 for that matter. I couldnt sit on my friend's R1 when i was wearing office formals, thats a secret how i went home after 4pm short ride with torn pants. Now freaking dont ask me where

It is bit difficult to adopt it here because it is something new.

          That's all from myside.

How do you know that your cone set is in trouble? Any pointers pls?
AFAIK if its a manufacturing defect it will definitely get covered under warranty.

BTW got my 3rd service done. Had to replace my air filter at 6.5k itself Switched to Shell AX7 10W40 SS, feeling a lil smoother than Yamalube.

imrankhan and demonrock both had the exact same problem, replaced the coneset and got rid of the trouble instantly. Plus, confirmed with a couple of mods. Its coneset.

Nonu, I actually want to understand the problem you are facing cos of the faulty coneset, so that I or any one else here may know that such a problem can be related to a faulty coneset.

                              • Thats good, even iam thinking of withdrawing from Chain Lube from the SVC.

I might select another SVC which is close to my house and does the job in less time. I think that might not void the warranty can it?

YFS takes an entire day for servicing which I actually cannot devote at this time. Also their expenses for absolutely anything are ridiculous.

EG- You are being charged RS50 for coolant, here its Rs200 + Tax = Rs240-260rs

                                Chain clean and lube - 200+Tax= Rs240-260

Rs 500 are almost gone in such stupid services which they insist.

                                +

Engine oil and Oil Filter for every servicing is a must.

So was just thinking of changing the SVC.

EDIT - Please someone put up the symptoms faced for damaged cone set.
