have you done any touring or long distance riding? on r15? if not then i would recommend you to do long rides before attempting anything.

yes, i have done a couple of ~450 kms rides and many more shorter rides.
But there are some aspects where i need to focus and improve on.
I'm not at all in a hurry. When i think it's THE time i'll go for it.

Till then as i said i will enjoy going on rides every weekend.

As Ron said, need to start with some long distance riding and then tempt to attempt a saddlesore. I am not in for saddlesore but yes, my ultimate dream is to ride to my home from here i.e. Hyderabad (AP) to Jabalpur (MP). roughly around 900 kms with awesome Hyd-Nagpur NH7 and horrible and nightmare-ish Nag-Jbp on my Pulsar 150. I have done 180 kms in 3.5 hours, but that's just a start. Looking out for an R15 V1/V2 second hand here in Hyd for a reasonable price. I so love visiting this thread for the verbal/textual adrenaline.

choose a wise customer bro. loads of guys just buy the bike, do rash riding and end up with bad parts or bad FE and sell the bike. good luck to you with that.

Except Tank pad, rest all you mentioned are there..

It is 340km on ODO, Bike is doing really great.

Maintaining her under 5k RPM is so boring.
Can't hold till I can take my bike to the limits.

Thanks mate, will be careful about it. My bro in law has Limited edition Maroon R15 V1. He won't be riding it often now (My sis hates the extreme seating ), so may be I'll steal the stead from him. Also, I am looking for some XBHP member who is selling his baby R1 expecting that he would have been a responsible owner.

Why not finance the DIO and keep the R15...

The thing is that she is first of all not comfortable sitting on the R15. So the problem is i can't drop her or pick her up. She doesnt call me anymore as she finds it uncomfortable. And secondly she want to learn a motoscooter , so i though i can also use it along with her, as i already have a car. But thanks for the suggestion, i will surely look into it. Let me see about the EMi and all.
If i m not getting a good price for the bike i aint gonna sell it. I would try for someother option. THanks for your help bro.
