1)If everyone is facing the same sound then its normal - All Yammies wont be defected.
2)If there are two or three members facing it, it is something to worry about.

can we have a continuation of who is facing is and who is not, please continue to put the next number in the required section.

I only hear it when i roll onto my parking ramp in speed...in normal riding conditions i take care not to hit any potholes and have never heard it till date!

I had the same issue from day 1, but now I don't have any such kind of sound. If my guess is right, the sound vanished after I completed almost around 3.5k on the ODO (Current ODO reading is 7.1K). I remember it vanished after covering a few hundred kilometres after my second service. So if the question is if I 'had faced" the issue, it would be a YES.

                            • Guys,
ODO is 500 now, I am riding it below 5k RPM
Enjoying every day with my ride..
Is it any good if I change the engine oil now?
Or should I wait for first service?
