Yes they will. Unlike R15, p220 and p200 are more torquey.

Yes they will out run R15 because of more torque. A p220 will out gun 200 NS in traffic lights. But why are you so worried, no use in racing in city roads and causing yours and others life in danger. R15 is made for the track and once on track shows them who is the boss.

Also, V-Twins are not knows for the power delivery. They are known for the torque they can produce.

My first 108kmph run on my babe. Have done 650kms, touched that speed at 6-7krpm on 6th gear.

Hyosung is absolutely In CKD route at present so the price is high on par with the NINJA..! And besides DSK are planning to localize its parts as much as possible with their upcoming production plant in pune..! and its completely a worthy speculation for a Yammie 250 since yamaha is planning to launch it with a totally localized assembly on their under construction plant at Chennai Tamil Nadu.. the way i meant 2.25 price tag was a bit low considering if its Vtwin yeah right.. but DSK are targetting that exact Price for GT250r On maximum localization.. and above all if the Yammie 250 is a single cylinder i hope its below 2lakh margin

If i am not wrong.. You would have wondered how smooth the engine was right?! I was so so delighted and happy when i touched 100kmph for the first time on my baby it was not even having any sense of vibration or stuff..! This may also be because i used to ride my dad's splendour during my earlier days!

Yeah 220 and 200 have more torque and more power and are not to be compared with us.. But i have taken out other pulsars ie 180 and 150 ! i know its a bad thing to do..! but what do u expect when they tempt us with revving

I had the urge until i did this thrice probably..! Later it made me realize how immature i was with going for their challenge...! now i dont do such silly stuff i just smile at them when they rev near me at signals

Really speaking I was in rossi mode

, fully crouched, there were no vibrations whatsoever, I took a look at my speedo for a second and I was doing 108 in no time. The run lasted hardly for 30secs from 1st to 6th gear and 108. I hope 650 on odo is enough for such a short blast.

Has anyone tried the SIMOTA air filter on r15v2?

One query:

The bike feels too smooth during accelerating, but when the speed goes down, then in 3k to 4k rpm range I feel vibes at my footpegs. The sound is not smooth. Is it same for all r15 v2's? Will it go after first servicing?

My first servicing is on 20th dec. Some say Yamalube isnt manufactured by motul anymore. So should I use the same or buy Motul?

Gm. I got that small Yamaha Tuning Forks logo from YFS only, Cost is Rs10. If you see the brake light, its right above it.

LOL who told that to you. the ecu alone wont help, i mean it hardly helps. all it will do is take out the revv limiter and has few riding modes. IMO if you want power then dayton it is. but do consider engine life and the sound the exhaust will create (its street illegal)

yes. i rode from goa to bangalore, for 12 hours, whole day that is. with 2 fuel stops, 2 stops for food and few 2 min stops. keeping speeds of 100 - 120kmph most of the times.
