      • Till now I have faced a couple of issues, has anyone faced the same too:

        1) low coolant level.
        2) some noise from front or headlight assembly.
        3) noise from chain/not lubricated.
        4) noise from rear brake while braking.

Have been facing the sound from the front, seems like from the headlight assembly. Will get it checked over the weekend will update the findings.

Noise from chain could be due to loose chain, had it corrected the day i got delivery

Hmmm...even I'm thinking it would be loose chain. Will get it tightened and lubed.
Anyways, I'm going there tomorrow, so lets see what comes up for the headlight assembly noise.

I have a low coolant level too its just above the MIN mark by a millimeter...my friend is getting his DUKE delivery today so just asked him to pick some coolant up for me so I can top it off to the middle mark between MIN & MAX but I'm not getting and HIGH COOLANT WARNING from the console as such...so no worries
Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.

                  Hi Inder,

Done about 750 Kms now, and noticed the Sound from the Headlight Assembly from day 1. It still persists. One of my friends opened up the assembly and found some extra connectors there that may have been knocking against the housing. These connectors may be for the remote locking sys available as Powerparts.

Just topped up my coolant level this afternoon, it was below Min, and lubed my chain. Never heard any noise from the chain before though. The sound of the chain is pretty prominent in 5th and 6th gear, possibly due to the RPM's being lower (so the exhaust is not heard much) in regular city riding.

My rear brake occasionally squeaks, possibly due to water, and also the pads wearing in?

Ya may be those, I always get scared of that noise. So, have to get it rectified soon Otherwise it'll always remain in my head.

You know when I took the delivery the chain wasn't even lubed, I forgot to check that during delivery The sound I'm talking about is not about the chain noise at low rpm...its something else.

Mine is not due to water, its something else. Worn out brake pads or no will get it checked tomorrow

you are right about the chain. As per the headlamp noise, I opened up the entire headlamp assemby and padded the connectors and packed it back. but some sound still comes. The guys at svc said its there in all the bikes across and there is no solution!
PM me for Daytona Racing ECU for the R15
