Also, I'm a careful rider. No racing-vacing for me; cruising at a steady pace is my style
[Yes, I understand that a collision doesn't need two drivers to make a mistake, but still.]As for riding boots, I have been told that any sufficiently sturdy pair of hiking shoes (like the ridiculously strong shoes one gets at Woodland, Decathlon etc) should do the job. Is that true? (I'm not too keen on dropping another 5k on boots that will take about 3-4 weeks to reach me :/ )
