Seems to be a great piece of engineering! esp, with the reliability from Honda!
So, can i go for the cbr 150r for, am looking for a touring machine!
Is it able to cruise at triple digits w/o engine strain? Owners, please?The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

Well guys this is my first post. Recently bought a cbr 150r after ridding all the previous premium segments bike cbr 250r, yamaha R15, KTM DUKE 200 and kawa ninja.
ninja- out of my budget
Cbr 250r too bulky for me(i am 5.9 weighing 73 kgs) just felt a bit heavier to me and didnt like its top end rush.
yamaha r15- well looks great but handle bars are less wide for me and less comfy. Had pain in my butt after riding like 30 kms.
Ktm Duke- loved its exhaust sound and accleration but @3 digits speed the engine feels like getting strained and didnt like the seating positon comfy but funny(personal opinion).
So i thought of buying this honda cbr 150r only coz it had a 11k+ rpm revving engine. Was comfy for me. As i had toured on cbr 250r so i expected nothing less from this bike. this bike can tour @3 digits but not at 120kmph as its bigger brother but yes can tour effortlessly @100-110 kmph. My bike is still in run in so i have gone a max of 112kmph @6500rpm on top gear.Comment

all the major auto mags have given it a miss when, I can find reviews from
them on all other bikes except this one.
Either Honda is doing a poor job marketing this or the competition
is doing a better job...Life is an Open Road For me..Comment
