Ha ha... It's more complicated... Electronics are all fine... Headlights work.. horn works.. basically everything apart from console works... And the battery seems close to dying after a quick couple of starts... But gains strength for a self or two if I leave the engine running for a minute or two...

Seems d bankai has been stolen by the thunder gods...

I had the same dilemma that why the hell the coolant never goes below since i bought the bike. I am on 22k on odo. Once a mechanic from svc told me it never goes below unless leaks from coolant pipe happens. Anyway one should change the coolant in between 25k to 30k odo as it thickness decreases over the times.

You know what, sometime when i see some guys saying coolant top up or low coolant, etc i used to think "Am i really riding my bike like it should be ridden". Damn, coolant never came down from day1 till day 333, till today [emoji3]

Ran into a problem today with my beloved ns...

After riding in the rain (not heavy) today in bangalore for 10 km ... I stopped to get some stuff... After which when I switched on the ignition and did a self... The whole console went kaput... Nothing... Just gibberish being showed on it... Neither the tacho works neither the signs light up on the left hand side...

Thought the console is gone but along with it came another problem... The bike won't start... Self would sound like a dead battery ... A couple of try and nothing at all then... Had to push start the bike and get it to office... That small ride somehow made the battery to work and self was fine... But the console is still kaput...

                            So my question is

Is my console got something to do with self start not working or both my console and battery has gone kaput... Anyways tomorrow will take it to service center (don't know if it would be open) but pointers would be good..

Also by bike is just 14 months old with arnd 9k ok odo... Will this be taken care under warranty...
Your console pcb probably has either burnt out a blown of capacitor. Usually there will be a protection for over current or voltage in case of a short circuit. So i assume a small fix or replacement of that cap or integrated power IC should fix it. Hope you have warranty. Make sure your bike meets the warranty claim (no projectors, extra horns, etc). Otherwise they will blow your wallet [emoji3]
