1. Wear heavy boot, helps with vibrations on foot pegs
2. Put a handle bar grip, and wear gloves which helps prevent vibes from handle bar
3. Avoid hugging tank
4. Ride at top gear, sweet spot is 90-110kph
5. Use motul 5100 4T

Can you tell where do you feel vibes when riding at high speed?
There are of course some vibrations unavoidable and can be still felt, well it's a single pot you know [emoji2]
Most of vibrations are from Footpegs, earlier there were very bad vibrations at rear seat too but they are fixed now after nuts on rear number plater holder and all underneath nuts were tightened. every single nut on bike i touched was loose, surprising for me as bike just did 6k kms.i ride mostly at 100.

i will visit SVC if i cant get this fixed soon enough through DIY.

did shifted to Motul 5100 4T 1k km back, i dont beleive i have a fake Motul as bottle mentions imported from Malaysia but bike is still the same.My P150 on Motul Mineral oil was instantly smoother.

Exactly the same, i saw about 10% improvement or even less in smoothness after changing, i concluded that my bike is already smooth, can't expect magic from motul. But motul helps prevent other problems of wear and tear, engine overheat etc, so keep using it, keep drain interval about 3000 kms

I take ultimate care on potholes and bumps, never do more than 15kph. so i don't yet have any loosening of bolts or vibrations, I'm currently closing 6k

Like i said, thick shoes can help prevent a lot of vibes, trust me.

i analyzed engine mounts by removing everything from Bike, these 3 points are what i can locate where engine might be hooked on to the frame.

The spot 1 and 3 are correct
2 spot is used for tank mount
Even i had stripped the bike
There's y shaped holder on both sides at point 1 and one single shaft at 3
Mounting bolts cant be loose they are torqued in perfectly, just cross check once
I had also same doubt .. But it turned out to be the lose tail panel , lhs passenger footpeg and meter console making vibration and noise ..

The thud noise is suspension prob it can be fixed at svc,i had one on the front too, but the svc guy fixed it without even asking me [emoji3]

Better take it to svc on weekday and ask them to fix the suspension and tighten the front chasis.

Yes nw. I will check the service center.I am going on a trip to Coorg on 8th and 9th ,so need to fix it before that.

And here is the link.

Motorcycle Cycle Bike Mobile Holder GPS Smartphone Stand Holder 360 Degree | eBay

Its an awesome device. And it can hold any mobile from 4 Inch to 6 inch absolutely rock stable.I tried it in potholes and the mobile doesn't even move an Inch

The only problem is that we cant fit in in handlebar. So i have to fix it in the Rear view mirror stand. But it does the job splendidly.

Thanks bro, ordered it instantly. Looks an easy fit, but only concern is if it can hold the mobile safely as it looks like some plastic clip, costs less so no prob.

Awesome.Yes you can.The plastic is actually pretty hard and the build is good.So mobile wont have any problem at all.

I use a transparent basic TPU case for my Oneplus one.SO with that tit holds it extremely nicely.

i think you are right, Engine mounts are ok.torqued correctly and arent loose, coudnt check single shaft at point 3 though.
have tightened rest of nuts and bolts wherever i can locate them. still bike has little more than expected vibrations in footpegs.

spot 2 is exactly opposite to spot one. it also has a y shaped holder, cound't mark it correctly as the part wasnt visible in image.

advice of using thick shoe and gloves is good and i will do it but i feel that will mask the real problem. and it might be bad in future if i left this unattended.

also what should i do with Motul 5100? bike has done close to 2k kms on Motul and performance is below average. with respect to previous oil engine performance isnt any better / gear shifts are clunky and engine heats more but worst is there is burning smell from engine if i ride continously bike at 100 for few kms (not very bad burning but it is there) for any other engine oil with such bad perfomance i would have drained it out but this is Motul, it is supposed to work

Bike Bought on 15 may,6.8kkms done, switched to motul on 5k kms (SVC guy said to continue with same oil till 10k, refused that and preferred to get it changed to 5100), Run in was done as close as possible to method mentioned in manual (with occasional speed burst, for overtaking slow moving vehicles).varied speed and didnt rode on same speed for long time. first service was done at 500km. engine was having vibs earlier but after 1st service it become smoother.
