7100 has higher drain interval than 5100Originally posted by xplod566 View PostBut what advantage would you get on pitting 7100 compared to 5100?
Sent from India...
at higher speeds 7100 behaves better as in it is known to have consistent viscosity even at higher speeds
engine feels even smoother and acceleration will be slightly better
and 7100 is fully synthetic where as 5100 is semi synthetic.

And what about the mileage and engine longevity?does it take a big hit in mileage and also is it good for the engine compared to 5100?Originally posted by balakrishnavijay View Post7100 has higher drain interval than 5100

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Use fevibond at head to seal off leaking and silcone gel on the cap of oil filter .. No leak after that ..Originally posted by xplod566 View PostNot sure why but I have seen most motul oil leakage on pulsars.specially 7100.why?and how does this oil leakage happen?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
To be honest bajaj oil loose its life before 2000km and was feeling vibe on every gears. At last topped up with motul 5100 on 15k km,got it for 574 bucks. Its been nearly 4k km running on it ,still it has little life left. Coming to riding and performance, its outstanding, vibes gone, enjoying smooth rides, better acceleration than that crap so called 10000 oil....go for it blindly.... have not use 7100 yet cos i am not into adrenaline rush.[emoji6]Originally posted by xplod566 View PostSo where is the exact difference between Bajaj stock oil and motul.ride wise, acceleration etc.I see a lot of people complaining Bajaj oil that its crap, never mentioning how its crap .and what difference does it makes between the stock oil?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
I would say that go with stock upto 5k km then change to motul. And i felt the effect not right away but after 500km. I think it was due to immediate mixing with stock oil.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostOK.sound too tempting.m gonna go for it.100% sure.I am at 1200 kms.I rev till 6-7k rpm but very gently.so when can I go for it.and when do I feel the changes after changing into it.right away or some kms?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
7100 is fully synthetic one and 5100 is semi synthetic. 7100 offers more acceleration and aggressiveness wrt to 5100. also it will go for more km and will offer a bit more mileage than 5100Originally posted by xplod566 View PostBut what advantage would you get on pitting 7100 compared to 5100?

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Let the bike run a bit more, i am at 2600km. The bike will get smoother as you will reach 2000. i will say let ot run with stock oil and change after 5000 or so. i am also waiting for same [emoji4]Originally posted by xplod566 View PostOK.sound too tempting.m gonna go for it.100% sure.I am at 1200 kms.I rev till 6-7k rpm but very gently.so when can I go for it.and when do I feel the changes after changing into it.right away or some kms?
