Your carb jets were cleaned. Ask the technician to inspect and re-seat the float valve.
P.S - find a trustworthy local mech for such issues. SVCs are run by fools and they look at X number of target bikes to complete in a day. Hence, no bike gets the attention it deserves.
Originally posted by RohIIT View PostFuel float valve is either stuck or not properly seating , which is allowing slow drain into carb and then to atmosphere.
Petrol is volatile and hence it trickles down the overflow pipe and from there it evaporates. As of now rate seems quite low indicating the float valve is not properly seating
Potential Cause : Bad fuel / Aged rubber beak of valveGot a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

No weld work?, that's just great. Plus you get the mobile mount....Originally posted by GauravD View PostUjjwal please see pics below. This was done up at my local guy in Gurgaon. Cost me 300 bucks all inclusive. Awaiting receipt of the brace cover and my phone mount so it may look incomplete.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Most mobile mounts come with clamps to fit on the bike's handle bar. Ns doesn't have necessary space to clamp the holder. So this tube can be used for fixing the clamp.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostWhat's the advantage of putting it ?

True dat bro... No weld work since I thought that what if I wanna get rid of it at a later date, the welding would need to be cut. Plus not in favor of getting welding done on the bike anyplace.Originally posted by jbm_guy View PostNo weld work?, that's just great. Plus you get the mobile mount....

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
In addition to what John mentioned, one can also use it to install accessories like your gps/phone charger, your aux light switches, your aux lights etc. This bar also provides support to the split handlebars and functions the same way as would a handle cross bar. The biggest advantage of all - if you planning to get a custom windscreen you have a strong support for the screen.Originally posted by xplod566 View PostWhat's the advantage of putting it ?

Re: Pulsar 200ns Power issues
8. Bad fuel - try changing the fuel station and if possible switch to Shell.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostApproved and merged!
Quite a few things:
1. Tyre pressure.
2. Chain slack/lubrication/cleanliness.
3. Bad carburetor setting (AFR).
4. Dirty carburetor/damaged or misaligned diaphragm.
5. Worn out clutch plates/sprockets (least likely at 10k km).
6. Choked air filter.
7. Bad spark plug(s).
