ID:	1932496 Holi trip Kathmandu - Pokhara - Kathmandu. Total run 480 km. Faced lots of cross wind cuz of twisties along the river trail so couldn't cross more than 130kmph. Totally satisfied with MRF zapper FY2 front & CEAT Zoom XL rear. Mileage 39kmpl bit surprised with the mileage maybe cuz of above 100kmph mark most of the time. My friends Blue-black NS was powered by bajaj dsti oil so achieved only 35kmpl. My NS with motul 7100 outperformed him in mid range and top end. He seems scratching his head all the time and my NS convinced him to pour motul 7100.

Motul 7100 is a good option for high revving and Bajaj oil is decent or okayish for normal sane rides. 39 kpl is a very good mileage at speeds close to ton. I get 32-34 kpl in City. Highway at max I could get 36 kpl. I used Motul 5100 and Bajaj oil as well. Both looked same to me in mileage and performance.

Yeah. The re-registration time is 11 months as said by agents. However with the new rule, we can ride with NOC which can be the evidence of your exit from your registered date. Please note, NOC is must and the police will still be able to charge (as NOC is your only proof of exit from your prev state). This was told by an RTO agent. It's better to be safer. Haven't you ever got caught till date?. How long have you been there in B'glore?.
Well it's being almost 9 mnths
I have being caught alot of times but thing is bike is in my name so they dont make a fuss over noc and since i dont have front no plate i end paying fine for 100 bucks..
Getting noc from my home town was taking ages and i had no time.. Need to report to clg for admission n all so packed bags and came here.. Hence no noc
The things as long as you have proper papers updated its not a issue with blr cops.. They are co operative enough.. Well you may come a ahole but that's rare. I follow 3 rules for not being caught 1st have helmet. 2nd follow speed limit. 3rd follow basic traffic rules. That makes them and as well as me happy

2K and you changed to 7100? Isn't it a bit too early to move to full synthetic? It was a just a question cuz there are lots of myth about motorbike. Some people follow the same trend and get satisfied few people follow the other way still found satisfied.

People says 5100 makes engine much more smoother than 7100. Is it true cuz I went from Bajaj dtsi to 7100 directly so don't know anything about it and I'm pretty much satisfied with 7100 cuz there's no vibration at all only a slight buzz feel only in high rev and comparing to dtsi,7100 give more kmpl in city ride. The most I achieved with dtsi 34 kmpl and with 7100 got 38.5 kmpl.

I have also heard about that guy (shyam) from the guys who own 650R here. But is the premium worth it costing 3k for service?

EDIT: A little research with internet shows they're completely on towards poor servicing lately. It seems kind of attitude problem now for the AutoService.

Well I have done 2 service there.
                                3rd free..paid 650~
                                1st paid..paid 2k~ ( includes 1.2 ltr 7100)
I spoke with babu there..and had no issues related to attitude.
Intact he personally called me up multiple times to check if I had any more issues within a week gap as I had given him a long list.
