I spoke with babu there..and had no issues related to attitude.
Intact he personally called me up multiple times to check if I had any more issues within a week gap as I had given him a long list.
If it so then its quite a good one. I believe the oil will cost something like 1.2k.
How much do they charge for general service and so other regular like wax polishing and etc.,

Thanks much. Was saved and comforted. As ASC/ even the Royal REs charge you around 500 for general service. I didn't expect 3k for servicing NS when I bought it. Everytime the RE costs me that much but its much bigger and much to bother but not with Jap machines.

          Why so damn costly??
          .
I have bills to prove it
They'll estimate you 2.7k but it generally ends up near 3k..
Lately yes some mechanics do give some hard time as in my case one of them used faulty plug and i ended paying for the new plug.. Even the head named babu didn't prove of any help..
Only thing why i recommended it is there are few mechanics who are helpful will do the job perfectly..

Had switched to mogul just 1k km before service.
He checked the oil and it was fine, so didn't change it.

Getting noc from my home town was taking ages and i had no time.. Need to report to clg for admission n all so packed bags and came here.. Hence no noc [emoji14]
The things as long as you have proper papers updated its not a issue with blr cops.. They are co operative enough.. Well you may come a ahole but that's rare. I follow 3 rules for not being caught 1st have helmet. 2nd follow speed limit. 3rd follow basic traffic rules. That makes them and as well as me happy [emoji14]

Well go to auto service in banashankri they are good.. Expect a bill of atleast 3k from them though..

Well that's more than enough. Usually a number with other state registration is a treat to traffic police. However as you said, riding with helmet and rules followed will keep them off as much as possible. But I will prepare noc just in case.

The most I achieved with dtsi 34 kmpl and with 7100 got 38.5 kmpl.
Yah, true. But mostly not ask bikes will get adapted to the same. Mine was one such example... changed from bajaj oil to 5100 after second service post 5k kms around...no difference.except for gear shifts which hardly gave false neutral unlike bajaj oil. In fact I had some good spot in bajaj oil....which was gone [emoji17] plus freq exhaust fan kicking in...

Now im back to dtsi....hoping to try 7100 finally.....

7100 i would say to use if you have rough use alot ie like high rpm range driving, stop and go traffic, slightly extended oil drain interval..
I am on 7100 did 2500kms trip plus daily i put atleast of 60-70 kms of driving in hot sun and traffic.. Bike still feels calm and man it's happy to rev upto redline when given chance.. And all of these oil has still some life left...

It is bro but observing basic rules mostly doesn't let to land up in trouble..
If i have time i might also go back and get noc

Meanwhile i was thinking is it all possible to get the all india permit for bike? As in the yellow plate i am referring to..
