Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Oh my God! It is quite shocking news to me. I remember discussing with him about modding the 200NS and about projectors.
May his soul rest in peace.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hey GauravD, sitting back is while you ride which feels comfy but while in a stop I do move bit forward but still if I stay back I can still tip toe and stop. I don't know it happens unconsciously.Originally posted by GauravD View PostLikewise bro ! But then i wonder how do I keep your foot down each time you need to. I am 5ft 9 actually.. And sitting back on the seat doesnt let me put both feet down which I am more comfortable doing.Put The Pedal To The Metal

But if I spin and begin to slide
I pray, dear God please protect my ride

I pray to God I walk away...
I walk away to ride another day

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
[QUOTE=Itzli;1217552]thanks for elaboration, i dint notice suxh thing. will monitor it closely next time.Originally posted by powerShift View Postcan you please elaborate the part 'repeated braking would make the tube bulge?'
Repeated braking increases pressure within the brake lines, a rubber one will deform with pressure and not return to its original size, as a result you will feel the brake fade.
Braided lines donot deform easily, brake does not fade.
As city traffic takes a lot of braking, after a ride of 1 hour of stop go traffic and traffic light gp's there would be a fade.
no hurry. do as per your comfort.Originally posted by GauravD View PostYup this is the one with the difference in wattage. Sure I anyway have to open up the lamp this weekend for cleaning. Il take a pic and post if thats ok with you bro
thanks for details.Originally posted by krixna View PostGet the 100/90W conversion kit for cars by ROOTS (You won't get one for a bike). Just cut off connections for one side and tape it up. The relay is built to handle 200W (2 headlights of car), which is an advantage. Any good auto-electrician or mechanic can go the wiring for you. It's 100% plug n play. No wire cutting or removing sleeves.
I'm using 100/90W for over a year now, no troubles. Bulb I'm using is Hella Rally 100/90.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
The more the color temperature, less the heat. Hella is 4300K. If Philips is more than that, you can expect less heat.Originally posted by powerShift View Post
do you know which one among Philips rally 100/90 or hella rally 100/90 will create more heat?
i keep low beam on in daytime when i am riding on highway. so prolong usage and heat generated in turn might create problem.
You don't have a problem as long as wind is cooling your headlight. Remember to turn it off in traffic signals which last more than a minute. The reflector in NS being of good quality doesn't get heated up because it reflects almost everything falling on it.
