Any idea about the oil on case?
Does it crank when you press the es?
Something similar happened to me and it was related to the starter motor.

Yes. It cranks without any issues. Please re read the post. After turning on the ignition key I need to wait around 5 seconds to press es and once es is pressed it cranks.
Within the 5 Seconds span of I press the ES nothing happens

My ns also has oil spilling problem.. 3 things u have to change. Gasket, rubber cover over wiring (svc will change wiring), rubber cover of radiator pipeline which is going into engine case.
I also haven't resolved it yet due to lack of time.

Does anyone else have coolant drinking problems? My bike (AS 200 though) drinks coolant like crazy.

Mine is also having same problem, but changing the wiring for that rubber thing is waste of money , & it dont causes any significant drop in oil level so i just ignore it .
