As per your feedback, steps involved in modification are :
2 holes matches with the existing sprocket. So for remaining 4 holes, first weld some washers to new sprocket with matching the holes. Then remove the excess weld by grinding or by lathe machine.
Exactly, 2 holes will match. Also, the centre hole for hub will match. You can't use washers though. You can drill a hole in a rod of suitable size, cut out to match sprocket thickness, grind it to shape, weld on sprocket, and then grind off excess metal.

You need to look for upsize calculator. It would be on the top right corner in their desktop site
Nevertheless you have options from here

And for 130/140 with 70 for 200NS the chart listed said speedo error almost nill till 100KMPH and there was change of around 5 kms over and till 140KMPH and so I didn't bother much.

Speedo error occurs only when you use a front tyre with different diameter.

What would be the cost of replacing them guys .

Rear left side fiber (200 NS one)
The silver handle part on which the clutch liver and the switches is situated .

Weight balancer at the end of the handle.

                      Foot rest of driver.

Don't worry, the plastic holder won't melt but when the plastic heats, it gives off fumes (very lightly) which can accumulate as a dim coating over the reflector in the long run, say in a year or two.
                        Thanks for your inputs guys

Is the ceramic holder plug and play? or it requires cutting of the existing wiring?

Remove wires (along with connector inside) from plastic holder and plug into ceramic. Any average mechanic can do that. I did it myself!

                            Pls help guys
                            I am getting too low fe, 30kmpl [emoji17] ,

whatever may be the riding style. I change the gear @4-5k rpm , dont lug the engine. Afr screw is set @ 2.5-3 turns using the digital tachometer & co is @ 2.0 . Bike pick up is good , chain is ok. Odo reads 16k kms now . Bought it when odo was 14k kms . Oil is motul 7100 just 2k kms old . Valve settings done . Just need to change the air filter & spark plugs (as per manual @15k km) . Front wheel is somewhat heavy to rotate freely . Rear is fine.
I am really concerned about its FE , since my earlier p220 used to give 40kmpl.
My daily commute is about 100km & its really making me annoying with 30kmpl.
My friends get easily 45-50kmpl from their ns/As on same route.

What went wrong , I dont understand ?

                              My suggestions -

                              1. Reduce CO tuning to 1.6 which is factory setting. I would say a max of 1.8 but not more than that. Higher CO leads to higher adverse impact on FE.
                              2. The heaviness on front wheel also could be impacting FE coz of extra load on engine. What is the rpm you reach 100 at ? It should touch 100 at 6.8-7k revs. Get either disc pads and the bearings of the wheel checked.

Rest all seems fine. Let us know what you find ... Cheers !

                                Thanks krixna...

I hope I'm not asking a lot.. but would it be possible for you to draw a rough diagram on how to connect the relay to the existing system..

maybe this this the last straw for me to make the mechanic understand the setup..
