My clutch is over after 23 000 km. I want to change friction plates, but can't find original ones.
Does anybody know plates fit from Duke 200?
And which size of Clutch Hub Nut Wrench? I want to find suitable.

Absolutely. Euroslips to be avoided at all costs.

Bang on with they gear shifter. The Allen key bolt gets lose after a long ride. It starts rattling. You may feel it's gonna fall off any time. But it stays in place

Swapped euroslips to Zapper S. The difference is day and night. I dont how good it would have been with a Rev Z.
I would urge people riding eurogrips to consider the MRF rubber. My tyres were as bad in inspiring confidence as they would slip on the white markers laid on the roads to de-mark the lanes.

If you buy from https://www.mrftyresandservice.com/ they would cost Zapper, 2085 and Rev Z 3000 instead of being ripped by a dealer. I was quoted 2400 for the Zapper who gave it for 2100 when I showcased the price in the website. I did my swap at Grand Tyres, HSR Layout. The manager (90366 11029) was awesome I would say, as I was urging to him to replace the tyre even before ordering from the website and was helpful throughout the process for past one week for my continues nags of tyre availability. I was put in a tricky situation where I would need to replace my old tyres when I find a buyer and then proceed to pick the new rubber.

Acceleration comes very slowly, but RPM are too high, especially uphill.

Hi Guys Need some clarifications on registration. I took my ns last friday (31-March-2017) here in chennai Khivraj without registration. The manager said that he would call me with in a week and tell me to take the bike to RTO and get it registered. But now it has been around 9 days still no progress in the registration process. I went directly to the showroom and asked him on thursday about the registration he said that he will call me on Saturday and inform the RTO and the reason for the delay is due to large queue of BS3 vehicles. But still no call from him or any person from bajaj regarding this. Will the registration process takes this much time?
Note: my ns has made 72 kms in ODO

Hi Same here in bangalore.... I booked on 25th and it was delivered on 27th(monday) but the registration took 7 days... I got the road tax bill on next sunday i.e Apr 2.

But still I haven't got the number for it... I think they're trying to push BS3 vehicles first as much as possible. But However one Important thing is... If Registration and Insurance is not done yet better not to take the bike out... Just to be safer side..

Because you cannot claim any insurance in an unfortunate event If Insurance is not done...

Hi All.. I'm soon going for the 1st service..... One thing I wanted to ask you guys is about the engine oil...

I heard from one of my friend that I should use Bajaj 10000 oil till the free services and after that I can change to MOTUL 7100. He suggested this becoz of the warranty being void if we don't stick to the bajaj oil till the 3 free services...

What you guys suggest?? Use MOTUL 7100 right from now on or switch to it after the 3 free services??

PS: Can't afford both of these by changing it after the service is done.

You can use motul 3100 (mineral) after first service, avoid using 7100 till 3rd service. You can use 5100 intermediately.
