Bro, today morning I took my bike for a spin. Now I found there was no problem like rear disc jam. Went to near by bajaj service center and briefed the problem to the mechanic, he checked the rear wheel and said that as its new bike the breaks will be like this He was not listening to my problem so I took the bike from there and came. But I think there is AIR lock in the rear wheel which cased the rear wheel locking

Any mods should be done to accommodate 140 rear section in existing setup? Will it affect the handling of the bike??
Apart from longevity of the radial tyres anything do they offer on increase in mileage and grip?

Do retaining front euro slips would be adequate for handling with a different rear. I can literally sense the rear wheel slipping under hard braking but unsure about the front.

I was riding bumper to bumper traffic all the way. Today morning when I checked the rear wheel it was rotaing smoothly but not as free as it should be. I have another query too when will the radiator fan switch on? It takes more than 10mins I guess.
The radiator fan will switch on only when the Engine heat is high. For me, in the past 2 and half years, the fan got on only around 6 times. It'll work only in heavy traffic where you crawl for 15 Mins or more or during steep up hill riding or after the first driving. It'll turn on and off itself. Not to worry

Thank you Dude. In some forum it was mentioned like it will be on after 5 mins so I was little bit skeptical. Now I'm clear.

Stick to stock size to retain the handling, no modifications needed for the 140 rear. Have the chain tensioner set properly on both sides.
If the front tyres are worn or nearly worn change them.
Changing both tyres though costly will help you maintain the handling.

Its just 14k on ODO and I think front can last sometime. Which one would you pick Zapper vs Rev Z?
Any idea where can I lookout in Bangalore for the best price would also be helpful/
