Hi some one please share your idea, I need to install saree guard along with foot rest in my NS. Is that possible? I would prefer any other bike's direct fit. It would be much appreciable if you guys can suggest the work shop too in Chennai.

Did you buy a used bike? If yes, then go to any SVC and ask them to get you one. NS comes with a saree guard by default. Maybe the previous owner has removed itOriginally posted by saran_RS200 View PostHi some one please share your idea, I need to install saree guard along with foot rest in my NS. Is that possible? Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
I purely did my run in on rpm. Didn't bother checking for speed. 3k, 4k, 5k. Slowly graduating to higher rpms and then short bursts to 7k or maybe 8k. It's the rpms that matter.Originally posted by DarthVVader View PostI get your point. I know all bikes require run in. But that wasn't my question in the first place.I just wanted to know with respect to the NS 200 how the run in is to be done. Was a little confused about that. But thanks anyways!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Yes Dude it has saree guard. My concern is that it does not have foot rest. Pulsar 150 has saree guard along with foot rest which helps to keep the leg for persons who sit one sided. Is it possible to install the same in NS?Originally posted by mallikarjunsadanand View PostNs has a Saree guard by default bro,,

I meant where will ladies with saree rest their feet !? Both the feet can't be placed on a foot peg.Originally posted by Vicky_New_Guy View PostIt prevents stuff from getting into your bikes chain. Plus NS has rear foot pegs as well. Not sure what are you referring to
Understood that saree guard will help saree to not get in between the chain and tyre.

Sorry. Try the AS150 saree guard. Should be a direct fitOriginally posted by abhishek_jain View PostI meant where will ladies with saree rest their feet !? Both the feet can't be placed on a foot peg.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
I think the AS150's saree guard wont be a perfect fit for ns 200 as it is fixed from the top under the rear seat. But in NS200/AS200 the saree gaurd is fixed below in the swing arm. Find the below pictures where I have high lighted.Originally posted by abhishek_jain View PostYes this one is perfect. Ty.

Yes, it is not a direct fit. I asked this at SVC once. It would be easier if we have a portable foot restOriginally posted by saran_RS200 View PostI think the AS150's saree guard wont be a perfect fit for ns 200 as it is fixed from the top under the rear seat.
