So yesterday I parked my bike outside my college and came back after 3-4 hours and tried to turn on my bike so it started, I rode it for a while and stopped at a signal and turned it off and I tried to turn it on again and *bam* no response it wouldn't start at all the self was working but wouldn't crank up. Did this for at least 15 minutes but no luck, I even tried jumpstarting it but it wouldn't start. Then I removed the spark plugs (all three of them) cleaned them with a cloth but no nothing happened. Please help.
    Hi Shadan,

If bike starts after sometimes then there might be the fuel line blockage (mostly between tank and frame).

Thing is fuel flow from tank to carb will be affected due to above mentioned blockage and will take time to fill the float chamber.

I have a Oct 2013 mfg NS200, and I have clocked around 31000 km on it so far.I have been facing the 'dead zone' between RPM 5500-7000 where the bike just refuses to budge, particularly in the higher gears. No matter how hard I revv or drop gears, the zone is flat. This is not only annoying, but also scary since 95% of my usage is on the highway, both within Mumbai and on Pune trips. I have repeatedly complained about this to the A.S.S., both Executive Bajaj and Sai Service, but they refuse to accept that there is a problem. Whatever test drives they take are in their tiny compounds, at speeds under 30kmph; so it is impossible to demonstrate it to them. I started using Motul 5100 engine oil after 10k kms, and been using that ever since. I change the oil on my own regularly between 6-8k kms. So far, have replaced the clutch plate and clutch cable, replaced the air filter regularly, and fill fuel only at trusted petrol bunks. I haven't been able to cross 125kmph in my 4 years of ownership, despite regularly using it for 55km per weekday, and 200km+ long rides at least once a month. I would really appreciate if anyone could shed some light on this issue and recommend a trusted 200NS mechanic in the suburbs of Bombay, who could help me look into this. I stay at Goregaon East.

              Bike's been really good.
Did not face any issue yet.
There were strong vibes initially but that's normal during break- in.
Bike has become a lot smoother than before.
I'm following the in between break-in technique, short rpm increases during normal riding.
Didn't give attention to fuel economy due to rpm limitations.
Overall it's been a joy to ride.

I commute for 9 kms daily. In morning, 2 mins of engine warm up and then initial 3kms I ride below 4k rpm.
Last two kilometers, i rev upto 9k rpm and back.
                  Same procedure in the evening.

I recently bought ns200 around 10 days back. Today I did rode for 20 kms continuously , max speed 55 kmph. After 20 km stretch I stopped for 15min. After the short break when I started the bike it refused to start. It was acting like it has no fuel. When I checked more than half tank was available. Then after several tries it started but wasn't moving. When I gave accelerator it was jerking (like when there is very less fuel), this happened in all the gears. No pickup at all. Any idea what might be the issue. How can I fix it and avoid in future.

I had to give full accelerator to move the bike in low speed even in lower gears. Sudden lack of power.

Engine oil and coolant levels are well within recommended values

Hello guys, I need some expert advice here. I have July 2012 NS, and off late I am facing this weird handling issue which I am not sure how to describe. In slightly tight turns I feel like my handle is not free enough to turn it and if I turn it more I feel like the bike will skid ( rear tyre specially) whereas I dont feel like this on big turns. This feeling is more prominent when the road is wet or there is some gravel because of which I dont feel comfortable anymore riding it on wet roads. Also on straight road sometimes it feels like as if both tyres are not in straight line. P.S I suspected this to be tyre issue and have got both my tyres replaced recently but issue is the same. Also I noticed that my last rear tyre was worn out unevenly ( slightly more on right side) . I have got my cone set also replaced couple of times, and this issue I feel started after latest cone set change( which happened a year back) . I showed it to couple of SCs but all of them say that nothing is wrong but I am pretty sure that something is wrong for sure. Also please note that I have't had any accidents by gods grace , except one time when my bike skidded in monsoon due to uneven road and pothole.
Kindly suggest what could be wrong here? Is it something to do with fork out or wheel alignment and balancing ( SC and tyre shops says there is no need of it in two wheelers whereas I have seen many videos where they focus on wheel alignment)?
Also If anybody knows any FNG in Pune it would be very helpful.
