Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Okay thinking about what you explained I assume that the radiator has stopped working. The engine might have got overheated so there must be problem with the gasket no.6 or the water pump oil seal must have broken.. And the first thing what I should do is get the radiator working properly and then check out for the gasket and oil seal from the water pump right?Originally posted by Mohankumar Bruiser View Post

So it's clear that coolant gasket got failed due overheating coz of fan malfunction and coolant mixed with engine oil.Originally posted by Harihp95 View PostOkay thinking about what you explained I assume that the radiator has stopped working. Things to do:
* Check both head gasket and coolant pump gasket.
* Rectify the fan for proper functioning.
* Flush the engine throughly till condaminated oil gets cleared and replace oil.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hello guys.
I have changed my clutch plates because there was pickup lag and slippage in clutch . But one thing i noticed that the clutch plates which i bought from svc centre was having 1 plate smaller than other but in my bike all plates were of same size.
Is this any upgrade or i bought a wrong set of plates . But the part number is same...

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
That's one of the friction plate. But it is slightly lower in friction due to smaller in size, which helps in reducing the sudden engaging results in slightly smooth engaging and disengaging.Originally posted by Saurabh Tuli View PostNo. Of plates is equal. The plate which hai leather type of material on it
This one is smaller improvement over old once, also ensure its position (i.e. outer most in the set). Find the attached photo in that part with No. 17 nomenclature is the one.

Looks like Airlock inside the petrol tank ,just open the tank cap and close it again it should resolve the issue. If the problem persist even after that then kindly check inside your petrol tank for sediments (because of fuel adulteration) ,Get your fuel filter also checked. If sediments found clean it properly with an expert .Originally posted by riderizhar2000 View PostI recently bought ns200 around 10 days back. Today I did rode for 20 kms continuously , max speed 55 kmph. After 20 km stretch I stopped for 15min. After the short break when I started the bike it refused to start. It was acting like it has no fuel. When I checked more than half tank was available. Then after several tries it started but wasn't moving. When I gave accelerator it was jerking (like when there is very less fuel), this happened in all the gears. No pickup at all. Any idea what might be the issue. How can I fix it and avoid in future.

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Hai frnds i own a 200ns of 2017 model. There is a problem i been facing lately. The problem is that petrol is coming out from the lock system which is shown in the pic below. Is there any other ns200 owner who faces such problem. What could be the reason for petrol coming out from the lock system....there will b petrol traces even when there is very low petrol.

Hi mate,
There is very less chance to petrol through the key slot. It might be a condensed water which comes out from tank during temperature difference.
Check by smell and consistency of it to conform whether it is petrol, if yes then change the lid.
