Also please help with this - I can't pull chain even if I take off front sprocket. I try to pull wheel back and to others sides it isn't help. Now it stay on position 22. Last times it was very difficult so I need to ask my friends and we together pulled it with huge problem.
Please tell me strategy how to pull the chain.

since theoretically o-ring chains seems more lubricated and less maintenance, we fail to lubricate it as required, hence the result.
regarding pulling chain, i dint get what exactly you wanted to do. if you want to adjust chain tension, gradually hammer adjuster.

Use the "UR6CC - Bosch" as suggested above to replace the champion slave plugs.

Just don't replace with a battery of Lower Ah rating. 'Ah' denotes Ampere-Hours, ie the capacity of the battery. The bigger the better.

Edit: battery going blink in 2 years is not normal.

The 200ns comes with a 12V 8Ah battery. Replacing it with a 9Ah battery is ok (the 8Ah is not easily available in the open market).
Bigger is not always better. It's just a waste of money if other important parts of the electrical circuit i.e. stator and rectifier are not matched to a higher capacity battery.
On a stock bike, the stock battery is sufficient. One must understand that the components on the bike will only draw their rated current even if you plonk in a bigger battery, but the stator might give up over time trying to charge a higher capacity battery.
And battery going kaput in 2 years is not unheard of.. around 3 years is a safe bet for a well cared battery/bike. When you changed your battery, did they check the voltages to make sure the regulator-rectifier is working fine? A simple test is to take reading of the voltage at idle and at around 4000-5000rpm (where it will be around 0.8 to 1V higher)

Yes they checked the voltage and it started to decrease once the bike is started and shows 12v if switched off
                        Thanks for the clarifications

With a new battery, it should show 13.2V when switched off, if the battery is charging properly.

Quoting an earlier post, when I said the bigger the better, I didn't mean a battery double the capacity . 10-20% extra than normal will help if you have extra load on the electricals, especially at night. In my case, It's a 100/90W headlight bulb. The bulb draws current from the battery when the revs go below 3K. Some extra juice in the battery helps in this case. Going good with 100/90 for around 2 years with no issues

                          • Planning to buy second hand pulasr 200NS

                            Hi all

I plan on buying a secondhand 200 NS.

I have heard that the 200 NS models till 2013 slightly differ from those of 2014 and afterwards. Is this true? Also is 200 NS a reliable bike, especially the ones which have run 30,000 kms and above.

My usage is 20km to and fro to work place and weekend ride of 120 kms to my home.

My budget is 50k. Can I get a decent used one in within this range?

Suggestions and opinions are really appreciated, esp. from those who have used a 200 NS

                            Thanks

                            Rahul

Search back through the pages ...few days back... you'll come across a guy who has done more than 2.5 lakh kms on his NS

I have done 31k on my bike, the only issue I have is a light oil leak at the magnetic coil. Any bike would survive as long as they are taken care of.
