Anyone know how to solve the left swaying issue if we take hands off the handlebar??
Gave to the svc. They straightened the forks and also changed the cone&ball bearings. Still the issue is there 😖

try increasing right side chain adjuster a bit as compared lo left one. it will help slightly.

looking this space for permanent solution.

Changing of wheel brearing and excel wont help [emoji25]
          Check uneven wear of tyres

btw, as we all know, engine works independent of clutch and rpm which we see on tacho is rpm of crank.
so if your bike is not reaching 6k mark then its problem of something else.
in clutch slip, engine revs as per acceleration but that energy is not transferred to GB or say rear wheel.
please check tacho on neutral and tell us.
Today enquired at two SVCs for the clutch replacement and both gave me the price estimation between 2500-3000. I told him that the price of friction plates and pressure plates would be around 1300-1400. But that guy said entire packaging with the engine oil and oil filter needs to be replaced.

Is it okay? Do clutch replacement cost this much?

estimation includes price of all spares they think it would require + labour charges.

i personally dont prefer asc as they just look for increasing bill amount. i just go there to collect spares and do the job myself or leave it to my mechanic.

ask them for price of spares they are counting in 'entire package'

for this job you would need to replace at least
              clutch plates
              friction plates
              clutch cover gasket
              engine oil
oil filter (i usually replace it in every alternate oil replacement)

if worn plates have caused damage to hub, it also should be changed.

Yeah I did check the price of spares on 99 rpm website. The total cost of entire clutch assembly was 2500 plus they will also change the engine oil and filter. The price which he told me was including labour. So should get it replaced there? As I don't know any good mechanic for NS.

Won't this solution instead damage chain and spocket? [emoji52]

There is no need to change the whole assembly unless more than half of the items need replacement.

Or if you are asking about some other bike that's Fuel injected?

if you can just show us different plug chops on different afr settings keeping idle rpm constant, i would be glad to learn.
The screw in the centre of the pic. Right side of carb.

mine is working since last about 15k kms. still no sign of rear sprocket or chain wear till yet.
even if it does so, its much better to spend 1.2k for 20k kms ride than pain in right shoulder.

                          thanks for pic.
i have tweaked this screw and witnessed no significant change in plug chop.
it just feed amount of air and fuel to pilot jet i guess. we cant change the ratio of fuel vs air.

still waiting for plug chop pics at different screw positions.

This circuit works only for idle and low revs. There is a small amount of air passing through the butterfly valve at idle. This is practically just air because the main jet does not work at very low throttle opening. By turning the screw, you are adjusting the *amount* of mixture coming from the pilot jet. This mixture mixes with the air coming through the butterfly valve. The end mixture goes lean if you drive the screw in. This setting will not affect your ride above, say 3-4K rpm.

Can be anywhere between 1.0 and 3.0 turns. Depends on various factors. Optimum setting turns is not the same for every bike. Mine runs at 1.5
