Need suggestions for a new rear tyre, please mention cost too.
Eurogrips at 17.5k km. rear one slips so i want to replace.
Euroslips for a reason eh, (pun intended). You can try Massetter, you can try Michelin Pilot Street, you can try Revz, all these are best suited for the NS. MPSR and Revz offer good VFM.
Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
The girl said, 'NO!'
And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.
Guys I had booked a NS 200 ABS on April 6th.The dealer only had euroslip models and I told the sales rep I only need the mrf model to which he replied they will book one for me and will be delivered before April 20.The mrf model didn't arrive in the first batch and they sent another order and its May 9 and the second batch didn't arrive with mrfs either. He kept assuring me it will come in the second batch and when it didn't come he washed his hands saying they cannot control which tyre model Bajaj sends to them( I wouldn't have waited so long had he told me this the first day). I then asked the sales rep to swap the tyres from the non abs model to my abs model and he keeps bullshitting me by saying it will cause alignment issues and if it were possible they would have swapped me the tyres on the first day itself. So
Should I force them to swap the tyres and is it possible ? or should I go to another dealer who is 100 kms away from my location and buy the mrf model or should I buy the eurocrap model and hope I don't crash and die ?

Need your advice guys.
He's right when he says he can't control what bike gets delivered. They can't order for a bike with MRF tyres in specific.
At the same time there shouldn't be any issues changing tyres. My dealer had done the same for me. I wanted the MRFs only but they didn't have it. Took Euros. Used it for almost a week and when I returned for registering the bike, he had MRF on a new NS. I just told him that I wanted them so much and he upfront asked his mech to change it. I didn't even have to force him or question him.
I'd suggest visit different dealers. Someone would definitely have MRF
Hey, i would like to know if 140/70 and 150/60 rear tyre fits Pulsar 200 NS without rubbing the Swing arm and the mud guard? I don't want to go with the stock size 130/70

Yes it does. My friend's got a 150/60. No mods required

I am using 140/70 MRF Zapper S for the past 3 years and it fits absolutely fine without any rubbing. After fitting this size tyre, I can say that the bike has got a mean and muscular look.
Serviced my pulsar 200 ns 3 days ago.. Today was riding my bike in 100 kmph.. Suddenly had a thud sound in engine.. Then bike did not start.. Took it to the same service centre.. Mechanic said that the valves and connecting rod inside the engine are broken.. I dont know what to do now.. Should i change the broken parts and run the bike or should i let it to rest and get a new bike.. Please help me guys..

you have been cheated by whatever service center you were giving your bike all these months. They are supposed to check and adjust valve clearances periodically.Because the service centers were just cleaning and giving the bike back to you you are facing this issue.Claim warranty if you can and file a complaint with bajaj about the service center who was servicing your bike. Also were you sticking to the service intervals ?

Just in case if i service this bike, will it run properly or will it again give issues...?

Does this up sizing the tyre changes the bike's power delivery & does it cause extra strain on the swingarm & susp when riding with pillion?

It should run properly after fixing the issue as long as there is no damage to the piston and the cylinder walls which would cause loss of power and mileage.Be vigilant in what the service guys do to your bike. This issue will crop up again if you let the valve clearances go out of specification. So ask the dealer to check them every 5000 kms and if possible learn to do it on your own. However if you do not want to deal with valve clearances often then buy a bike with DOHC setup like duke or CBR 250 which uses shims which don't go out of spec soon unlike tapets.Although they do require adjustments at some point and are hard to do by yourself and should be given to the dealer.
