          Hey! Can you please tell me what kind of noise the shaky needle is making? My bike fell in the parking lot recently and i have been hearing a buzzing noise from the console area but i am not quite sure about the source and its driving me nuts! The buzzing noise kicks in between 3k-5k rpm. Thnx!

              Hey bro i am facing 3 outta the 5 issues...

              1. The difference in sound of the engine when clutch is pressed and released. Will be going to the svc guys on tuesday to figure this out. Although I know they are gonna say.. Sir yeh bajaj hai, aisa toh hoga hi.

              2. The shaky rpm needle. I will be getting the console changed under warranty. The warranty is for two years which in your case would expire the night of 20th Feb.

              3. The console vibrations are something which are sooper irritating. I am seriously contemplating switching to a round light with on my NS. Atleast would be having less noise. Plus, the buzzing sound starts for me at 4.5 k and ends at 5.5 k. I kinda like that sound due to it having a throaty growl. But that's just my viewpoint.

              Keep us posted if you find any solutions and so will i bro.

                For those folks on here who have gotten things replaced under warranty, what charges do we need to pay ?

                Parts, labor etc ?

                  Warranty is for two years or 30 k kms, whichever is lesser.

                    Is it a possibility that the lower end pick up of the bike be affected by a faulty pilot jet ?

                    Asking cause top end seems to be fine, hitting 100 at 6.8k rpm, so that part seems fine to me.

                      Yes, u have few days of warranty left till 21 Feb 2016.
                      If you have done all the servicing at ass.
                      At correct intervals.
                      You need to be pushy with them as they will. Try to say it is their in all bikes.

                              Finally got rid of the irritatingly plasticky Pulsar logo and the stickers on the rear panels

                              Cleaned the tank with petrol and then gave the bike a wash and a coat of polish...

                              Starting my love affair with the devil again... Cannot help it

                                I dont think so... The bajaj manual says 2 yrs or 30 k kms
