          Any idea how much console costs?
          My console went kaput!
          The lcd is fine and other indicators work as usual but the digits on console are frozen
          Or if any place in blr where it can be fixed?

            as my bike is 18k on odo, but due to the my hectic work schedule and i m out of my home town, i miss the 1st pain service, will this void my warranty of bike?

              Just because you missed 1st paid service on time, you will not screw up the meter console! Don't worry if the rest of the service records are ok, and you did the 1st paid even if it was late.

                Asking cause top end seems to be fine, hitting 100 at 6.8k rpm, so that part seems fine to me.
                That screw which we call AFR screw is actually the screw for adjusting the mixture supplied by the pilot jet. Open it up (turn anticlockwise) to supply more fuel to the engine at low and medium revs. You can try by turning it half to one turn anticlockwise from the present setting. If your problem is solved, then the carb tuning was wrong. If that doesn't work, first try by cleaning the carb thoroughly, taking out the pilot jet too and cleaning it. Also the small holes of the pilot jet's circuit. Over time, gum from petrol (reddish) can accumulate in very small holes and create trouble.

                        1 => when i start the bike in neutral, and then i pull in the clutch the engine sound became different, if i let out the clutch then again engine sound is different. in short engine sound difference in clutch in & clutch out on neutral
                        Mate this issue is serious. Your Clutch bell (which holds the clutch plate assembly) needs replacing. Get it done as soon as possible. If you wait, more damages will occur.
