Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences

    Guys i had my console changed last week under warranty due to the vibrating rpm needle.
    I was noticing my clock getting reset and due to time constraints wasn't able to check it properly.
    Found out that whenever I remove the key the clock resets, is it possibly a loose connection or a kaput console?
    Any idea

        Check your battery connections sometimes it becomes loose and hence the issue i to had same problem the terminal was loose.. So when ever i used to thumb the starter due to sparking the console would reset
        If not then check meter connections..
        And if even then its ok then maybe the capacitors of meter is kaput

          As mentioned above, loose terminal leads to sparking, which will reset the clock. Also, the white wire (W in diagram) connects the console directly to battery to keep the clock running when the ign switch is off. A loose connection here can reset the clock when you turn the key off. If these are okay, you got a kaput console under warranty.

                    Is as 200 fairing is direct fit on ns 200
                    Can only the headlight be replaced?

                      You will need to weld some metal parts in order to fit 200 Rs fairing.

                          Please tell me some solution for this problems.

                          my model is 2 year old (Feb 2014). odo is 18,000km.

                          1 => when i start the bike in neutral, and then i pull in the clutch the engine sound became different, if i let out the clutch then again engine sound is different. in short engine sound difference in clutch in & clutch out on neutral

                          2 => how to fix the shaky RPM needle, i m really annoyed by this now.

                          3 => headlight faring assembly vibration around 4.5k to 5.5k rpm.

                          4 => don't know it my problem, or everybody has it, but for me it is very hard to find neutral when engine is running, and as soon as i turn engine off, i can find neutral easily. why?

                          5 => how to check my radiator fan is working, because i haven't that fan sound for a while now.

                          Please help me, as this issues with my bike, not giving me sound sleep at night.

                            4. It can be due to bad engine oil or low engine oil.
                            5. Start the vehicle and led it idle for 10 min , the fan should start .

                                I an also suffering from the same problem. I went to the service center and told about the problem they told me that nothing could be done. The service center guy then told me that I have to change the console.
