How to exacty undergear it? Which bike's sproket matches our NS's, with different number of teeth of course.
I just bought a new standard chain set for my NS but want to use a 13teeth front sprocket instead. I read in previous pages that karizma zmr's would work fine and went to buy but was told that i'll hav to buy the whole set and also that the width may vary!!
Can we get single sprocket and preferably, online.
Really confused.

Karizma sprocket is available at hero authorized sellers, front sprocket comes as one piece. Search you will find it. And chain width and pitch is exactly same.

Yes, just like @smrutisourav said. Karizma's front is a perfect fit. @Aditya N Bharadwaj who I think has been using it for long, can tell you more about the side effects and problems that arise with the usage of this smaller sprocket.

Karizma 13T sprocket on ns:

Pros:
Revs like duke 200.
Whole bike feels vibe free.
Easy to roll off from standstill.
Can potter around town in 4th gear all day.
Wheelies!!

Cons:
Sprocket lag, i.e its not exactly a direct fit, has more play on the gearbox shaft than stock sprocket so theres a notable jerk before accelerating and decelerating.
Chain loosens much earlier than stock.
Reduced chain life due to sprocket play.
Chain touches upper tip of the swingarm near the front sprocket.
Gearbox takes a lot of abuse due to sprocket play.
Reduction in mileage.
Compromised highway cruisability.

For those who still want undergearing, bajaj has silently given an epic answer to the woes of unsatisfied 200NS owners just a few days back. Just have to look in the right places for an orange in your breakfast

Rather that decreasing the teeth from the front sprocket, you should increase the no. of teeth of rear sprocket. They are easier to fit (as have more mounting points than the front one) and you would get more options to choose from.

Btw, Aditya N Bharadwaj.. The cons list seems to be much longer than pros. The play in the sprocket would drastically increase the wear anf tera of the gear box and other relative components. Try to find the option which does have any free play. Well you know better what to do.

Ride safe and have fun.

And that's exactly why I gave this hint:

You hav added more to my confusion. I thght Karizma's was the way to go. I could live with all the cons except for the compromise on the gearbox. Now i'll have to continue my search for perfect fitting bigger rear sprocket. I hope you could suggest a few.

I don't have much idea, but will look and see what options you have.
In the mean time, go through the sprocket thread and see if this has already been shared or not.
